Thanks jonah - tagging SophieThing as she is working today whilst I look after the TwinThings. Shouldn't that be Thing 1 and Thing 2 ?

Morning Ed / MoneyThing A few comments on the new site public pages... The fca reference number in the FAQ is different from the one on the page footer. This could be deliberate as the name is also different, but I would expect the 'new' fca number to be in the footer. You have an unnecessary space in 1%- 2% on the 'about' page which isn't consistent with 8%-13% lower down. Similar issue on the borrowing fees page. Whilst I'm being picky... the text after 'the best part of my job is...' on the meet the things page isn't consistent. Some are capitalised, some aren't. Some have a leading space, one doesn't. One has a random : On the lend page, you have an '*' comment, but no * above. I guess it is meant to be at the 13%. On the risk management page, is 'up to 65% for other asset types' correct? I thought that some of the car loans were @ 80% from memory. On the introduce page, the m in customers isn't legible. Whilst technically correct to state all loans are interest only, given the phased approach for some loans, e.g. The chip shop, aren't you selling yourself short here and maybe missing out on customers? On the borrowing fees page, there is what looks to be a button with no content. It's in the same place as the 'register as a borrower' button on the about borrowing page. On the about borrowing page, there is an empty button just above the assessment process header. There is a missed space after waiting (or a hyphen which should be a semi colon) after waiting in the same section. Many thanks jonah for taking the time to identify and tell me about these errors. They are all fixed now. Amazing what a fresh pair of eyes can do, much appreciated. Kind regards Sophie

SophieThing if you would like one more, the case on the subtext for points 1 and 3 on the about borrowing page isn't consistent.

The new site is looking great but one irritating feature is that although the larger font size and increased spacing generally makes things clearer I now cannot see all columns in some of the tables (e.g. Live Loans) without scrolling to the right when using my iPad
Previously I could see amount invested and loan name at the same time, now I can't!
Also some of the menus now wrap e.g. In "Funds" sub-menu, "Withdrawal History" is on a new line (again using iPad)
very minor points but frustrating.
Edit - just noticed the "drawn down" column in live loans table - is this new & what is it for?

I will leave the answers to the 'platform' related layout to Ed and Shuang. In regards to the 'drawdown' button, this is for the new loan process whereby we will raise funds from lenders before we complete the loan with the borrower. This button is to notify lenders when the loan has been completed and drawn down by the borrower. Kind regards Sophie

A few thoughts using Chrome on a desktop: 1. Personally I would wish that the background to the second level menu (i.e. Live Loans, Pending Loans,Completed Loans etc) wasn't coloured gray and that the line separators (i.e. under recent tran sactions) where thicker or otherwise more distinctive to increase readability. 2. I know the new T&C's are discussed elsewhere and there really should be a summary of the changes available for investors. Under www.moneything.com/lender-terms-and-conditions/ it would also be good if there was also a link to the old T&C not just the new version. 3. I also note that if you login to your account, then go the T&C page from the links at the bottom - you get the 'My Account' box appearing under 'Live loans' - which asks you to login again despite already being logged in 4. The balance of my account which appears next to my username when logged in is not very readable. Using a blue font in a blue box is not recommended.

Grey is caching, Ctrl-F5 to clear.

Grey is caching, Ctrl-F5 to clear. Thanks - I see this makes the grey go away and become white. I would prefer it if the background was a different colour (just not grey!) to increase redability. Also, that the balance in my account has gone to an orange colour - while better than blue on blue - its not very pretty (whats wrong with having it as white text?)
