Anyone else having problems logging in?
After I enter password and hit enter, it bounces back to login again. If I enter the wrong password, it notices that, but can't login with the correct one.
The default ratesetter.com seems to be unavailable.

Similar. I am using Firefox on Win7 and Win10 in different locations and still no joy, but IE on Win7 does work. Thing is I hate IE so I am just hoping it gets fixed soon.

Still no access, also logging on with Firefox, after being forcibly logged out by RS (despite setting the "Don't log me out" option).
Don't have the option to use IE, as I'm powered by penguins, so I hope RS sort it out soon, otherwise it'll be regular phonecalls to operate the account by phone.

Just had a reply from contactus:
We have received a few reports of compatibility issues from other customers too. The best solution seems to be to clear the cache on the device for the past week.
If you press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE in Firefox you will bring up the menu to clear the cache, cookies, search history, etc. The same shortcut works in Chrome.
We are working on a fix for this issue. Thank you for your patience.
That has worked for me.

Yes but it affected home and work so whilst I have cleared all cache and other files (clearing cache doesnt actually fix it its some other brower file in fact you need to clear)
I haven't done work, and its frustrating as its clearly an issue caused directly by Ratesetter causing a cookie & cache or something issue

Just wondering if anyone knows how to correct this - is there a specific file I can get of to sort it out ? If possible I'd rather not delete ALL cache and Cookies etc. Thanks

I've been having the same problem for the last few days, using Safari on my Mac. Each time I try to access a new page on the RS website, there's about a 25% chance that I get bounced back to the login screen.
Very annoying -- but it's reassuring to know that I'm not the only one that is affected, and it's not a phishing-type scam trying to lure users into revealing their passwords.
Update: I've deleted cookies (etc) associated with ratesetter.com and that seems to have resolved things - for the time being at least...

I have been having this issue for a few days now.
The only way I can login either on my phone or my laptop or my Chromebook is to use 'incognito' mode in Chrome and then I get in. Otherwise my login attempts just bounce my straight back to the login page ad infinitum.
