This is for those that have expressed interest in a variable interest rate bond that helps to hedge against inflation. The Libor component of the bond’s coupon broadly tracks movements in the Bank of England interest rate. The Bank of England follows an inflation targeting policy and sets the central rate based on expectations of inflation.
