This needs a massive warning on it. Having read some of the T&Cs there are huge restrictions on transfers and massive fees involved. This is not for your average punter

Well yes, as the sales fee on the secondary market is actually a listing fee, which is non-refundable if nobody buys. So probably only for those that want to hold the loans to term.
And in my opinion, you cannot really diversify, if you want to maintain the option to exit early. Because if you diversify over multiple loans, you would be hit by the sales fee multiple times.
So with 20K minimum investment it is probably not for the average investor anyway.

Hi wiseclerk just looking at your comparisons, which I like overall. A few quick things. 1. the links for Abundance are giving a 404 error 2. the rate slider is quite unusual starting at 3.2% and moving in 0.5 increments from there 3. the entry for LendingCrowd shows 6-12%, but if I set the rate filter lower bound to 12.2, LendingCrowd still shows. LendingCrowd themselves say on their SelfSelect ISA that the rates are 5.95 - 16.25. Thx for the Feedback re 1) I have fixed that. Thx for notifying re 2) This is because the lowest offer in database is 3.2%. Might be a bit confusing user experience re 3) Thx. I'll look into that

Good work.
Ablrate rates are wrong. Currently 8 - 15%, with 8% as the standard rate for the new portfolio loans which they particularly recommend for an IFISA. You say 10-16%. There was a short term loan at 16% once, but it was a one-off. We expect a new 15% soon, though 14% is the normal top rate for the self-select loans.
