I worry about mobile security since the shipping crate incident but this sounds good. Too small a loan to get a decent amount as I'm sure it will go FFF

like hazellend I also worry about mobile / portable security since the shipping container incident. I wonder if they have trackers installed and if ablrate will know where / to who they will be leased out

£100K for 2 generators, so £50K a pop. That should buy you a whole lot of generator - maybe a 400/500 KWatt set weighing in a good few tons. Not sure that was quite the market your Irish entrepreneur was dealing in @magenta14

I have friends who are engineers working for SSE networks and in their words not mine: 'genny's must be nailed to the decks as they will be stolen if left too long unattended...' These are unlikely to go walkabout while in the depot of the borrower. If they get nicked while on hire then it will be the responsibility of the hirer.

Wow under 2 minutes. Not really a surprise. Now it's time to do the due diligence. Oops.

If you look at the picture they come pre-packaged on a pallet Being fitted with trackers Given the industry they operate in, could of course not actually be accessible by land

After 1 minute, approx. 40% sold. There was a big jump to 90%, which 'might' have meant a large purchase of around 45% approx.
After 2 minutes, approx. 98% to 99% sold.
All gone, BEFORE 3 minutes of launch.

Please read the Borrowing Proposal before deciding to make a loanChance would be a fine thing? Yes I can speed-read but not that fast! Ablrate should make the documentation available for download in advance of the loan going live. A few hours or maybe even a few minutes would help?

Hey, ablrate, how about making the proposal and perhaps other docs available slightly BEFORE the loan goes live? This loan filled immediately and people obviously read the docs very carefully before investing. I guess I need to improve my speed reading/research speed. Thanks

Well that was ridiculous. I just got to page 2 "Important Information" and it was all gone. Do you suppose anybody else read past the bit that said 14% ?

Has this loan actually gone live? I haven't received an email alerting me to the fact. I wonder could "underwritten" and "invested" been switched?
EDIT: My mistake, I did receive the email last night, I just missed the "midday" bit of it.
