I'm not convinced there is anything very personal about a simple-income-forecast.csv file so I'm thinking of just zipping it and pm-ing to Lonerifle on the forum.
Why do other people think it would need to be obfuscated? It is 5K so not a grand tax secret or anything, I'm wondering if I've missed something?

Just some random comments: - I don't use ABP extension. - I presume lonerifle 's (test) account can't contain multiple loan parts for the same loan (33/33). Could that be significant? - Could there be a (low) limit on the number of repayments that can be processed in the graph? - I can't see any reason for not sharing a csv, especially on a small account, just haven't got round setting it up yet. - lonerifle , do you have any way of logging in from another computer that doesn't have your own master version of FCviz on it? Actually, another Chrome profile with FCviz installed would do.

Actually, another Chrome profile with FCviz installed would do. I've tested the release version of it on my account already and don't see the issue. It's likely that having multiple loan parts on the same loan is the likely culprit, so I will try to go down that line of inquiry; there are ways I can simulate this even with my small portfolio.

So I've done something similar to duplicating my loan parts... As you can see, the graph still renders, so it's probably not due to duplicate loan parts. If you can pass the suspect csv over I could have a further look at what might be going wrong. Can I also confirm what exactly happens when you click on the (graph) link? do you at least see a pane where the graph should be displaying a 'Loading...' message?

Hi lonerifle , I do not see anything happen when I click (graph) even if I wait / come back later. No pane / message appears. william0101 's post is a csv if you copy/paste it into a text file. May need to take out alternate new lines?

May need to take out alternate new lines? Do you see anything change in the console when you click it (ctrl-shift-i)? Also.. a screenshot of what you see after you click (graph), then right click it and select Inspect element may give me a better idea of what happened behind the scenes.. Thanks all for your patience, as you can imagine it's pretty difficult to troubleshoot when I cannot reproduce the problem on my own machine so I do appreciate you all trying to pick through FCViz!

Hi lonerifle , thanks for taking the trouble to maintain this extension. Is this screenshot taken after clicking the graph link any use? Or what console setup is required? BTW You can enlarge the screenshot by opening in a new tab. I'm convinced you should see the same problem if you install FCviz from the Chrome store in a clean profile, or perhaps a clean Windows account.

I just realised that one month ago was around the time FC made major changes to their summary page, so it shouldn't be too surprising that some of these may not have been compatible with FCViz's code. I think that I now have a more reliable way of attaching the graph link and its event handler (which does the work of creating the graph and its container), so this should be available in 3.0.1. I have no way of verifying this though, so don't hold your breath...

lonerifle , what I've realised happens when I click (graph) is a blank area appears at the foot of the list of my loans, and the 'Loading...' appears there. Then 'Loading...' disappears. That's it. I have 3.0.1, don't know if it did this much before, as I only noticed it because the scroll bar changed length.

okay, thanks for the info, that's actually pretty helpful. I guess FCViz may append the graph container to the wrong table so I need to get it to find the right one explicitly. 3.0.2 is being pushed out to deal with this.
So with 3.0.2 what does the page and console (ie the things you showed in your last screenshot) look like once the Loading... thing disappears?

just a thought but does the graph work for anyone other than lr reading this ?
if it works for someone other than lr it might be useful to see if their simple-income-forecast (sif) any clues.
e.g.
it would be useful to know if anyone with multipart loans has the graph working so lr could get that out of the way
it would be useful to know if anyone with more than 1000 / 2000 / 3000 / some number lines in their sif has the graph working

Hi Lonerifle,
the graph now works!!
Thank you for much for fixing it. There was another feature where you would hover over the next payment date in the summary and you would see all of the future payments (something like that).
In any case, the graph was the main one for me so thanks again for taking the time to fix it!

Lonerifle, you beauty! Graph works for me now too, thank you. What was it in the end?

Lonerifle, you beauty! Graph works for me now too, thank you. What was it in the end? I think credit goes to jadm for helping me spot where things might go wrong. FC actually loads the loan parts table separately from the rest of the summary page; in some machines, this was getting loaded too quickly and confusing FCViz, since the latter now cannot tell the summary table from the bar containing the csv download link, since they use similar HTML and CSS styles. Telling FCViz to explicitly look only for the first such table allowed it to avoid that awkward situation.
