Is the new improved site going to have any of these 'automation tools' (for which you have a tab) which have been 'coming soon' for as long as I can remember??

I'm not signed up for the ISA yet, but that link takes me to a non-scrollable page so I can only see the top bit (regardless of whether I am signed in or not). Edit: Sorry, yes it is behind login. What I meant was there is no difference between what you see once you log in after having hit the link and what you see if you are already logged in when you hit the link but as dan1 says you can print it if you don't like trees.

Oddly if you click on the cross top right which I assume should close the page it brings up the scroll bars instead. Now all I have to do is remember where the link was on the forums ... personally I think the original point stands but thanks anyway GSV3MIaC PS Nobody die or go bankrupt, there are more of those £100 charges if you do Edit No actual reference to accepting partial transfers in I can see.

Is it OK to sell loan parts from our standard account and buy them back with our IFISA, keeping the price at 100% so no profit or loss is made each way?

Yes. You can actually buy/sell at any price you like, as long as anyone could buy them.

No need to make it 100%, in fact it must be at the market rate. So you just have to do your buying and selling within the current spread on the SM. The system forces this anyway, because you can only purchase the best offer. You have to make sure that yours is the best offer, and buy it quickly.

Or buy what's there really quickly and then sell yours at a slightly higher price...

I can see the problem (or perhaps not a problem?) of putting my loans into the SM and finding faster fingers buying them up before I am up and running. It's taken me a while to have a diverse range of loans (not used the SM much) and expect it would take a while to build a diverse range into the IFISA. I am sure it's all simple but a guide would be nice please.
