I've just had all my capital repaid on both the rolling and 1 year mkt, bar £200. The repayments are now sat 'on market' unmatched (not surprisingly as the current rate is 2.5%!)
With around 100 days to go to receive my welcome bonus, I wonder has this repayment just disqualified me from obtaining this bonus, or is it ok if your balance is still on market, but just unmatched?
TIA for anyone who might know, got a pretty inconclusive answer from Ratersetter's CS, when similar happened a few months back, but when the amount on loan didn't actually drop below £1K.

I'm only been invested in the 30 day rolling market and currently have 155 days to go before the bonus. As from today my funds are currently unmatched due to the low rate.
Below is the blurb from their website. I believe that we are okay as though the money is unmatched it is on the market.
2016 offer eligibility
The welcome bonus is available for all eligible customers who have registered their account before midnight on 06.10.2016
This offer was open to new customers only, who invested a minimum of £1,000, matched within 30 days of opening an account, and kept on the market for at least 1 year
You can request to withdraw your money at any time, but you must keep a minimum of £1,000 in the account to qualify for your welcome bonus
Your welcome bonus will be deposited into the Rolling market after 1 year, at the Market Rate within 1 week of qualifying
The Rolling market will reinvest your £100 welcome bonus each month automatically. You can change investment settings and request to withdraw your money at any time

As long as you have £1000 in the account, even if it is not invested and sitting as cash.. it is fine Mine once sat unmatched for a week, I then cancelled the order and created a new order, and the bonus countdown continues to go down. You do get a warning on Sellout option saying make sure that you still leave £1000 after this sale to qualify for the bonus.
