There are two big investments of £75k and £25k made into the loan. Now it's close to 50% to complete.

Just looked at collateral as thinking about following this loan across from moneything.
The cashback isn't mentioned on the loan page, and I only knew about it from this forum? Is it for forum investors only?
Also, does coll have a secondary market and if so which site is it comparable too?

Sm is similar to MT (no interest once you put anything up for sale, same as SS).

Torn on this one. It would be my first investment on Collateral and I would look to put in 10 - 50k but anxious about such a big loan on a "small" platform.
Mind you, I've been with Moneything and Ablrate since the earliest days and Collateral looks like it is heading to the same level.

There is a SM (at par) Parts for sale immediately appear in the "available loans" page. Attachments:

Hi hazellend, I've added the cashback bonus details at the top of the listing. Many thanks, Gordon

Hi
Is interest paid from the date of deposit to the loan or from the date that the loan is loan drawdown?

Hi Is interest paid from the date of deposit to the loan or from the date that the loan is loan drawdown? Interest is payable from the date your funds are allocated to the loan.

The SM has changed dramatically in the last few months, I built up to my platform limilt primarily through the SM but now find it impossible (non-prop) which is one measure of increasing popularity. The current largest loan is c600k in Chelsea which has 0 on SM and trifling amounts recycled so far.

Have to accept no SM for this as so large and lots over subscribe for CB then want to reduce

Over 51% filled and still reasonable sized chunks going today, so I would guess the cash back has stimulated matters a little.
Over 850K raised so far in three days, which is pretty good, bearing in mind CO is still quite a bit smaller than some of the others.
