That could also mean you could put more than £2000 in a 24hr period???

If you bid £2000 at 15:39:59 on Sunday, and a further £2000 at 16:00:01 on Sunday, you can bid £4000 in 2 seconds. But you cannot bid more than £2,000 in either the first or the second 24 hour period after launch.

Shame the inital term is only 6 months - but add to equation that it's on MT, 12% and everything else and it's a bit of a beauty.

Obviously no interest to Mr T and his 'system' but why is the borrower/developer redacted ?
Other platforms suffer from 'experienced developers' not being exactly what they seem so it would be erm handy to know
Sales seem to be going well 15 up from 5 in the VR and quite a bargain to boot distressed sale of £330k worth £1.4m but perhaps that's the liquidated developer with unfortunate fires lurking in the history ?

If I'm Mr T then it's of definite interest to me and I've already transferred my funds across to MT in readiness. My strategy only applies to another platform. In my opinion it's different strokes for different folks. i.e. different strategies for different platforms. Not a one size fits all approach.

Ed MoneyThing, for reassurance, may I ask does MoneyThing hold a copy of the developer's insurance certificate for this Plymouth development site, with evidence of sufficient cover for full reinstatement against all risks? Does MoneyThing routinely do this for all developments funded on MoneyThing?

Am I right in saying that most, if not all (I've not been investing at MT for long enough to know) previous loans have paid monthly interest and am I correct in my reading that any further advances of this loan will pay interest at term?

Can someone explain why there was no interest payment for this loan today? End date 22/11/2017.

Thats certainly what the above suggests and is unusual for MT. MoneyThing could you clarify please? Does this also mean that MTAS707 will rank in front of any other tranches - and would those other tranches also be at 12% or higher?

I suspect we'll still get interest monthly but MT will cover it, clarification would be useful.

Does this also mean that MTAS707 will rank in front of any other tranches - and would those other tranches also be at 12% or higher? Afternoon. All of tranches will rank equally and will pay 12% to lenders. We retain the interest upon the initial advance (which we pay out to lenders monthly). For the development advances, interest is rolled up and paid at term by the borrower (however we will continue to service interest to lenders monthly). Hope that makes sense. Regards, Ed.

Nice pics, thanks. Looking at all these pics though I think I want to invest in a)forests and timber yards, and b) cement and steel plants .. seems to be plenty of demand for those products!
