Useful Tip ...... BUT after clicking "Renew all" my holding in BPF705 ( Manchester Hall - 9th drawdown) is not showing a tick or a box.... whilst all my other loans have now got a tick to show they will Renew, including BPF697 (Manchester Hall - 8th drawdown). What's amiss MT ? BPF705 is already on the new terms. Loan start 12/04/17, anything on or after 24/03/17 is under new terms. MoneyThing might be worth adding the key date defining the cut off between old and new term loans to the text at the top of the loans list (oh you already had)... might be worth adding a link to a list of loans that are not effected by the change, those on new terms already or not changing as redeeming soon. Seems to be confusion on here which that would alleviate. Text at top could probably do with being bigger ... and in red... and probably flashing

What's amiss MT ? Nothing's amiss. The 9th drawdown took place after the new T+Cs applied (24/3) (Cross-posted with Archie) At last, someone has simplified things and produced a cut off date! No disrespect to you archie and bobthebuilder perhaps MoneyThing can confirm anything after 24/03/2017 will automatically renew?

At last, someone has simplified things and produced a cut off date! No disrespect to you archie and bobthebuilder perhaps MoneyThing can confirm this is the case? They have, top of the loans page Whoops! Perhaps someone can answer this question then, whilst checking renewals I noticed the following: On the funds tab there are 3 headings, Status, No. and Amount. The amount, i.e. the live value is correct and agrees with the total value on the “My Loans” tab however, the live number of loans shown is greater than that showing on the “My Loans" tab. Does anyone else’s account have this discrepancy or am I missing the obvious again?

Thanks, that’s worked on the “My loans” tab which now agrees with “Status” under the “Funds” tab which still shows “Live” as the total of live plus sold which to my way of thinking does not equal live, for example the live total includes MTAG554 Bury Football Club Stadium & Grounds - Tranche 1 which I sold prior to Christmas 2016. I think I'll contact MT. And complete checking that all my “live” loans are ticked for renewal!

AE loans that are being rolled include the word 'stocking' in the description, the others are GALs (Yes, there are boy loans and Gal loans ) For the boys that have stockings anyway.

I agree with the points made by am further up the thread. I have previously stated and will reiterate, when on holiday, I don't use internet access to log in to password protected sites. Anything less than 2 weeks notice would be a disaster for me if I was on holiday this week. Maybe I'm paranoid but I won't access secure sites. Fortunately I've already been away and returned last week so that isn't an issue to me this time but it might happen some time in the future. Whilst here MoneyThing , I assume you'll be consolidating loan parts as part of this process. Will you also take the opportunity to merge equivalent tranches of the same loan? Again this is something I've harped on about in the past but it has been more for tidiness but with the glut of SM availability recently, I've found it cumbersome navigating around what parts I need and don't need.

Appreciate you may relish the chance to 'unplug' anyway, but if there is anything secure that you need to do online whilst abroad you could perhaps invest in a secure VPN service such as Tunnelbear to alleviate your concerns? Personally I'm abroad 10 months of the year and usually in 10 different locations, and don't give it a second thought (I only use Tunnelbear to access UK sites that have a geo-lock, including stupid ones like Tesco Clubcard (is that really necessary, I digress further). Not to say you shouldn't, perhaps I'm being too lax.

So, l'm quite confused. As far as l know, the T & C of the loans need a update so we just need to log on to our accounts and press 'Renew all' if we want to keep those loans. If we dont' want we can untick each box or whatever rite?
So when does this change happen?
