Do we have a handle on whether all these Liverpool / Wirral / Birkenhead loans are linked to the same person? If so does anyone have a comprehensive list?
I like to spread my risk but very wary of finding out I am loaning in effect to the same entity past my comfort level.

Some are, but not all.
For example, ali the supported living units are the same person.
I have quite a comprehensive list which I've compiled with the help of a number of other members, I'll post some up if I get chance later

Some are individual borrowers but quite a few are multiple SPV's linked by common directors. These properties have recently seen some changes (see CH) along with other loans that were all linked to one of P2P's largest borrowers.
