I know you youngsters will find this silly but as an oldie I always thought that seeing was believing.
But when I see a photo with curtains in unoccupied houses, telephone kiosk with future maintenance access issues and dodgy give way markings I begin to wonder.

I wonder as when when the description says "Boll****** in The Peak District". Because it isn't.

I don't know the area well, but according to wikipedia it's on the "south western edge of the Peak District". Is that incorrect?

Happy to be corrected, but whilst I appreciate that it is not within the National Park, is it not within the Peak District or are they one and the same? If so, I will gladly amend it to something like "close to the Peak District". Regards, Ed

Many consider that Boll****** is geographically in the Peak District, though it is outside the National Park. (cross posted with several)

Just for the sake of argument, if it was clearly in the Peak District national park and somehow got planning permission, what would that do to the valuation?

Just thought I'd point this out. Maybe it doesn't matter in this case, but planning laws (and land values) can be greatly affected by which side of a national park boundary land is situated.

Brochure states 'Nestled close to the western fringes of the Peak District'.

Pointing this stuff out, or asking questions about things like this, is one of the main reasons this forum exists, so please carry on .

On this loan, the first 3 months interest only is held on account (and presumably paid out monthly in the normal way). Thereafter, interest accrues. So what happens if I sell a loan part on the SM at, say, the 6-month point, when I will have accrued 3 months worth of interest. Do I retain that accrued interest, to be paid at term? Or something else?
Have MoneyThing ever before had a loan with this arrangement? Has the software been tested in this scenario?
