Hi, im looking to invest with Archover and would like to know people's experiences with this company. Thanks! The platform is well run with good investor communication. The loan flow is not prolific but it would appear that the loan offerings are carefully selected. Each loan is furnished with a full borrower profile & gives all the information required to make an informed investment. I like the fact that Archover invests in good quality SME's & isn't yet another property intensive P2P platform....I'm probably over invested with property on other platforms! The platform is still quite new in what is still a relatively new P2P financial sector. A number of review sites rate Archover as one of the safer P2P investments. If like me you decide to give it a go I'll PM you an invitation & you can earn a £75 referral incentive.

Considering whether to add this platform.
What are the normal interest rates for 'Secured and insured' and 'Secured and Assigned'?

Considering whether to add this platform. What are the normal interest rates for 'Secured and insured' and 'Secured and Assiogned'? have a look at the old loans section about 7% for S&I, 8.5% for S&A, bit less for shorter loans, more for longer loans. Has edged down a fraction recently (like everywhere else). My average return is about 7.5% with a mix tending to use S&I. Let me know if you want a referral!

Worth noting that several of the loans are linked - to the same company in different tranches/lengths. I also tend to have a limit of 2-3 loans per company, so that if anything goes wrong it isn't the whole portfolio affected. The direct debit system is a convenient way to pay, but there can be some cash drag at the beginning where you have paid but aren't getting any interest. For example, I have £1000 from 3/8 and £2000 from 15/8 paid but not drawndown. So rates are also fraction down due to that initial drag period.

I see on another thread that Archover were deducting tax from the interest, is this still the case? Does the platform have a tax certificate?

I'm new to Archover. I have made six investments (and funded them) since early/mid Dec, but four of these are still awaiting drawdown and therefore not earning interest. Is this kind of delay "normal" or perhaps down to the time of year?

Is this kind of delay "normal" or perhaps down to the time of year? Seems normal to me. I also have loans funded from early December yet to draw down. I've been using Archover for several months now and I've found it usually takes about a month for a loan to draw down from the date it becomes fully funded. It would be great if Archover paid interest from the date you actually commit funds to the loan. I know this is what some of the other platforms are doing.
