So we are in receipt of an email update from FK on the twin loan totalling £150k.
We need to be really careful discussing this one - lets learn from the Assetz FF one and keep things clean and easy for the mods. Maybe in this thread we can use the word incorrect and nothing stronger that infers intent.
The FK update email states that the finances as presented to FK at the time of the loan appear to be incorrect.
So if the two loans we have funded via FK were based on 'very' incorrect information then I am sure i've read elsewhere on this board that different mechanisms can kick in to recover money over and above joining our place in the queue?
