Hi cool dude, due diligence ? unheard of on FS they read this site ,have a laugh, then keep on writing dodgy loans hense no pipeline so no time to attempt to check them out. I am going back to lendy as this lot has buurnt my fingers, at least at lendy they make a little effort with defaults, here they dont give a fig

Hi cool dude methinks we are both aiming for the same thing but from different directions i lost faith in lendy early last year and increased what i had in FS in the hope to diversify away from property also colateral but i came to the conclusion the management atFS were starting to treat investers with contemp especially after one of there directors left last november the flavour of the site changed for the worse. I bet you are impressed on the smaller loans around 100,000 when they phone up a couple of local estate agents for an off the cuff valuation. After two and a half years with FS the shine has worn off . If you want an example have a look at the (land at rishton loan) and check out the update page it will open your eyes
