If they were PF wouldn't RS space them out more so as not to panic lenders?

Don't complain about the early repayments, it just means you can leave Ratesetter a bit earlier. I've not had any for a while now but I keep withdrawing the monthly interest as I get about £50.
The rates were good while they lasted but I can see that when ISA's come out they will be at a lower rate than a bank or building society. Ratesetter will not be getting anymore of my money.
