I'd not heard of Code Investing before. Clearwell: are u able to reveal as to what attracted you to use this as a funding vehicle ?
Anyone else: anybody hear using Code Investing/have experience/comments on ?

TC - CW 3 year loan, minimum £1k, 10%, interest paid monthly gross, SM
CI - CW 3 year loan, minimum £1k, 9%, interest paid yearly net of 20% tax, no SM

Anyone else: anybody hear using Code Investing/have experience/comments on ? They have a good track record of raising £million+ recently including £2.4m for a property development investment company. We have £200k+ committed so far which is comparable to what we would expect to achieve on ThinCats

New Clearwell loans on TC might be on hold because of the FCA's (mutton-headed) opposition to p2p lending to other lenders. We've not seen a new TC loan to Clearwell or any other lender since this became public.

My current opinion regarding Clearwell Capital/Clearwell Finance or any associated companies would be KEEP WELL CLEAR! Why? I had a significant amount invested in clearwell capital via Thin cats, the loan and interest were repaid in full without any problems, which is more than I can say for many of my loans on TC. I have no knowledge of clearwell bonds. My message would be keep clear of TC, I have been there since 2013 and still trying to remove my funds and I expect to lose some of my capital.
