Just logged on to see the loan renewals for tomorrow to top up some loans.
Gutted - all the loans appear to have different start times - due to my slow internet connection, I live in the country (appreciate my fault) the only chance of me picking up renewal loans is when a number come onto the market at the same time so i can possible beat some of the fastest finger and potential bots.
I do appreciate the team can not probably physical upload all of them onto the system with 10 seconds but happy with them coming on over 5/10 mins
Different times means I now have to hang around my computer for 1.5 hours hoping I might pick up £25
I can cope with a mad panic at 9.00 as it is over a done with whether i get something or not.
I am sure some out there will be very pleased?
Thoughts re timings?

In a different situation but agree because as you say it means hanging around for 1.5 hours with little time to do anything else inbetween. May suit others but not me when tomorow I should be decorating, dealing with groceries delivery sometime between 10 and 11, fitting roof bars to car (new so will be problems), talking to neurotic cat (not ours, just spends most of the day here) etc.
Something like 2 mins or even 5 mins apart would be a lot better and get the whole lot out of the way in under 15 to 30 mins.
Edit: just seen Gordon's post re timings and reasoning on other thread so writing the above was a bit pointless but perhaps someone will read it to here, pointlessly.

I haven't seen anything about any renewals tomorrow. Take a look on the Renewal Loans page ( link). The LOAN GOES LIVE times are at 15 min intervals.

Thanks gang. I didn't clock the renewal info on the browser performance thread. Also, was looking on pipeline rather than renewals.

If I was at work tomorrow, I'd have no opportunity to bid on anything other than the first renewal. As it is, I should be building a fence but that may have to wait.

Apart from the odd £25, do people manage to get much more normally?

Apart from the odd £25, do people manage to get much more normally? Usually just the odd £25. If there are more than one renewal, perhaps a few £25's but if the site is slow as it has been then it can take too long to process your bid and you miss out on multiples.

Thanks gang. I didn't clock the renewal info on the browser performance thread. Also, was looking on pipeline rather than renewals. You should get 'Collateral Loan Renewals' e-mail with all renewals listed for the coming week. I get it every week, so presumably it goes to everyone.

I shall look to see if it is lurking in spam for some reason. Thanks. Edit Found it. Missed Tuesday and Wednesday.

Does this font size equate to shouting? It's not that big or bold, so I would say 'No'. Posted that on my phone. Font looked odd so selected smallest font size before typing. Displays same size as all other posts on my phone. Fixed it by editing.
