Hello,
Thanks for your question. Any payments received on a weekend or bank holiday are processed the following working day, so please be assured that the payment is not late. We are currently working on a fix for this administrative delay, and apologise for any confusion.
We do receive all comments and aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours. I'm pleased to confirm that we did receive your comment, and that it remains visible on the loan. Just to confirm, if you login, go the secondary market tab, select the loan in question, then click in comments, you will see your comment is still visible. However, if you do have any problems finding this, or have any other query, please don't hesitate to call us.

Second payment was due on Sunday so I added a comment "Is the 10/09/2017 payment genuinely late or is this simply an administrative delay?" but it seemed to disappear, not sure if Huddle receive the comments even if they are not displayed against the loan. I've been wondering the same dan1 , the price drops since interest was paid on the 10th have been alarming. It is tax season though, there's been a scare with collateral and i'm guessing like me, some people invested considerably more than their usual max per loan due to the 20% bonus...and not much of it has been shifting at 2-3% discount. On a more positive note, I walked past one of the parent company venues last Sunday. It was in the afternoon but looked really busy with two bouncers on the door. Gave me a little confidence boost

Gave me a little confidence boost I thought that too but when it went from 97% odd to 91% it looked a bit 'steep', having said that it's back at 94% now. Good to hear business is booming!

Much of this loan was filled by early-adopter "Huddle 100" lenders, who effectively received 20% cashback on their stakes, so selling at a large discount doesn't really hurt them.

I took a large haircut to exit this and the cars on my H100 anniversary but as a free haircut I had no complaints at such a trim!

Triple interest payment on this today. Error? Oh, so it was. I'd issued the withdrawal already. I'd blindly assumed they'd started capital repayments but those only start in august

Triple paid. Then a correction to take 2 back, so balance is correct but interest received total is still showing as though 3 payments were made ............... emailed HUD to (hopefully) get things sorted.

It appears that someone doesn't fully understand the workings of the secondary market. There is currently an offer for £300.75 at 99.9% and someone appears to have put in a bid for that exact amount at the same price. Neither the bid nor offer are mine btw but someone may like to settle the trade.
