Yes a pair of directors of a company with a REBS loan have had the following comments added by the administrator
We are aware of criminal charges which have been levelled against (XXXXX and XXXX XXXX)
Well they looked OK to me but clearly the business is in big trouble and they now have the little matter of defending potential criminal charges...I wonder how many other companies (across all platforms) are also heading down this road .
As it says in the Good Book , thy shalt not pull a fast one with other peoples' readies especially when funded by Adrian77
Anybody wanting the company details please PM me.

This reminded me of the comment on FC:
Ah yes, the jeans - fond? memories of perusing the Croydon Crown Court listing pages. IIRC there were actually two trials, the first being back in 2014. That conviction at the retrial was pivotal in motivating the platform to pay out investors' outstanding principal up-front as the case related to the activities (or not) of the borrowing entity.

Very interesting post above The company I referred to owes 1.4m and there are 3 (?)secured charges- I just can't see how REBS are going to get anything back! Also I note this company also had a crowdfunding loan. I don't recall this being mentioned by REBS. Here is an extract from the article The administrators noted that it was 'unlikely' that there would be a return for unsecured creditors and there would only be 'a very modest distribution' to secured creditors.
I should cocoa! Please PM me if you want the link to the article A couple of comedians in N***Y also had a crowdfunding loan with FC which I don't being drawn to our attention so how many others have done this? The point is this - I am very concerned that certain FC and other applicant lenders have been very naughty and FC etc have been completely hoodwinked. Personally I think the government are not dealing with this P2P lending properly and I don't touch any unsecured lending at all Adair Turner warned about this and I suspect he may well be right www.ft.com/content/e123234c-cfd4-11e5-92a1-c5e23ef99c77?mhq5j=e1
