The email was sent in the last minute. If it is positive, they don't have to do this until the end of the day.
the draft documents, ready for submission, are liaising with, in order to set the Listing Date, hope to, within the next few days....
How vague! Hold the breath with the best wishes. Tha's all we can do, pretend to be positive.

I seem to recall a 'positive' update on the 1st May. When it was decided not to continue with a second charge loan to pay interest due to this loan being repaid early in June.
I recall a further 'positive' update on 4th July when MT had 'complete clarity' on the current position.
Hopefully the current 'positive' update based on a email from somebody saying, fear not all is in hand will be more reliable.
That the loan is still suspended from trading might suggest MT are cautious, or that given it has been non performing for a very long time is the reason.
Maybe it is time to exercise the charge at least to the extent that we (by we, I guess I mean MT) are kept fully in the loop?
I am not looking to criticize MT unnecessarily and accept somethings need to be done with discretion but my personal patience level with this loan has been reached.

Was a final demand issued on the 9th as promised then? I really hope it was - a wishy-washy Druces email doth not a repayment make! This is the same bag of solicitors that have been stringing us along for months with promises of a bond being arranged, look at all the old updates... they're extracting the urine somewhat I think!

Good to see some firm action being taken. Let's see how fast repayment appears now... How long is typically given for payment in a final demand? Any ideas?

Notices have just been filed at CH for the resignation of the original director from both the borrowing company and the PLC subsidiary incorporated a few months back for the bond raise.
Whilst a number of (recent) posts on this thread have stated a belief that this individual was a key element of the proposal, I have long held the opposite view. So ... don't dispair just yet, this may unblock the process.

Something about rats and sinking ships - unless he has been "asked" to resign...

Mind stating what date was the resignation TIA Last Thursday, 12th September.
Since my post there has been one further CH notification, this time appointing a new director to the PLC again effective last Thursday. As yet, no similiar new director notification for the borrowing company.
