Apart from P2P (inc. Wisealpha and similar), are there any other markets offering 9%+ rates for investments?
I am currently maxed at my P2P amount and would like to diversify into other avenues.

some 5 funds have maintained a year on year performance that far exceed 9+% over the past 10 years (of course it depends on when in the year you invest) looks like fundsmith is on target to join them
i refer you to fe trustnet for basic 1 to 5 year research and morningstar for 10 year, though you might prefer hl.co.uk for rolling 5 year analysis

hi bobo,
yeah i have done the research and my colleague knows Terryvery well. i have SMT/ RIT and a few other great performing funds but like P2P I want to diversify from this.
I should have been more precise in my question, "excluding S&S".
