Had an email earlier that they're upping the interest on this one - up to 5k = 10%, 5010-10k = 11%, 10010+ = 12% tho the website doesn't appear to reflect it yet.
I know we've all been a bit disappointed by some of the BTL returns but this development loan looks worth a look - appears decidedly more fragrant to me than some of the development loans on other platforms, with much much lower LTGDV (27% - may drop to below 12% depending on further planning apps) so even though payout won't be until the end, and you'd likely have to hold to the end (18mths predicted) it may be worth a look...
