- government white paper Q1 - borrower strips out egregious doublers - yield drops from 10.81% to 2.71%(?) - sales agreement falls through - sale by p2p pawn as back-stop - valuer opines in the wind
- I invest in Bolly leasehold houses
what could go wrong?

This is not moving quickly so perhaps it will get more investment once the repayments hit accounts on August 4th.

Is that 2.71% against the original valuation? (I evaluated it against MT's valuation as a 3.5% index-linked investment, assuming ground rents end up linked to RPI.)

We're aware that a buyer pulled out of completing the deal But is anyone apart from Ed our Borrower and the aforementioned 'departed party' in on the reasons why they walked away, what was the snagging point or points? I'm curious and nervous about the underlying motives for this loan and frankly I'm more enthused about current option 'Bollington' and the forthcoming South Glasgow student and Glasgow's waste. l am of the same view on this one. Didn't invest either on this Ground Rent loan for 12% is not my cup of tea. If it was higher % then l would consider a little investment. Actually looking to maximise on the London Restaurant loan in a few weeks despite a little lower interest.

Surprised they've got 30% away already @ 12% on this one. Each to their own I suppose.

Only just noticed that a renewal tick box for the 3 month extension has appeared against this loan (it may have been added some days ago).

Has this loan actually been extended, or is it going to repay on the 2nd Feb, or is it going to default?

So can we opt out of the loan if we make sure the renewal box is unchecked?
