Impossible to speculate. I can only tell you I did not invest and reasons why not. However, I am probably more cautious then most. Did you invest? What were your thoughts?

Yes did invest but only in tranche A as other tranche seemed too risky for me.

Yes agreed second tranche seems risky considering loan is for 800k and valuation of 900k if the owner moves out and property is vacant.
It bothered me a bit that the borrower did not invest any of his own capital; what about you?

It's good to see the loan is nearly 90% full.

I put some in it from my ISA account. Not entirely happy but struggling to use up the amount of cash I transferred.

Hi, proplend, I'm still building up my portfolio and today took me half an hour to log on for the latest loan from this director and miss out on the investment split I wished to make - is this visible from your side as it's something that I will factor into my continued investment. For the Walsall mixed resi, could you please confirm if the son, J***** H***, is buying this out of receivership at the reduced price from his father, the current landlord D**** H*** who has various companies in dissolution. Thanks.

Thanks. Good morning elliottm Sorry to hear you had problems investing yesterday but thanks for sticking with it. We are aware that some people struggled to log in and we're looking into it but the 24-hour capping system helped virtually all those who wanted to invest to do so. There is still some Tranche A available but we expect this to be fully funded at some point today. I can confirm that the property is being purchased from an unconnected receiver but beyond that I can't really go into loan specifics on a public forum. Would you like one of our borrower team to give you a call to discuss in more detail? Please let us know Thanks. Richard

There was an ERC of 2% for the first 6 months, this expired in February 2018. The borrower completed his business plan early and sucessfully refinanced.
