ablrate Now that the IFISA is settling down, I thought it might be useful to have a thread for System Problems and update request specific to IFISA. My first. Missing 'Switch to Standard Account, Account number, balance etc. This information is missing when using a 'square' monitor but appears when switching to a newer 'rectangular' monitor. Appears that the code is not optimised for older 'square' monitors.

@ablerate 2nd issue
Lack of information in the transaction records.
The Transaction records (or the downloadable excel file) should break down the Price paid/received into Loan Value, Interest & Discount/premium. The information can be gleaned eventually from the email, but when it fails to come (as sometimes happens) there is no way to determine this information.
I know that you have been asked several times for the Loan Id to be included at all times and particularly in the transaction records. With the advent of the IFISA this is now becoming a real problem.
Overall, it is very difficult to manage Ablerate's transactions with the information we are presented with.

Hi rogerbu, (first point)
This is probably not down to Ablrate but due to your VDU. The older cathode ray tubes were round and the 'screen' was created by placing a mask in front of it, of the right size and aspect ratio. Probably this information is being displayed by the crt, but above the upper limit of your screen mask. You could carefully remove the chassis from the box, protecting the walnut veneer, and just trim the top of the mask. Alternatively, you could reduce the drive to the vertical and horizontal deflection coils, but please be careful, when you twiddle the potentiometers, not to alter the aspect ratio. (I said some of us have time to waste)

(I said some of us have time to waste) No, this is not a CRT but a normal LCD monitor (the older square rather than rectangular). It is part of the line below the Orange 'Alert you are logged into IFISA etc' block. The left half of the line 'ablerate' to 'Secondary Market' is present, but all the right hand half of that specific line is missing. The display is correct on Chrome on both monitors but incorrect on Edge & Firefox on the square monitor - So I again believe that it is an optimisation problem at Ablerate

Hint: there is only ONE 'E' in ABLRATE. If you are dealing with some company called Ablerate, you are being phished. Oh, and blender was pulling your leg about CRTs.

Thanks - corrected above.
@blenders comment may have been tongue in cheek, but I know people who still have CRT monitors and top and bottom lines did have a habit of disappearing.
