Capital repayments are NOT automatically reinvested. Why not I want to know, it's a right pain having to log in and reinvest.
Landbay could be one of the very few reliable "invest and forget" platforms, go on, make it possible to auto-reinvest please

would be a good feature and also a choice of where the reinvested money goes so you could change from say the 5 year into flex or the other way round

Thanks for the feedback. We will be introducing Auto reinvest for Capital Repayments as soon as we can - a number of lenders on the platform have requested it as a 2/3 loan have repaid over the recent 4-6 weeks.
I will keep you posted

I will keep you posted John see from email today that there has been a capital repayment just wondered if there is any news on auto reinvest? and is there anyway it (and may be interest as well) could be moved from say fixed to tracker under an auto setting?

Hi all,
Just a quick update on this - we have been looking at different ways to introduce this feature - ie whether investors could choose different autoinvest features for capital & interest and also whether we introduced an autoinvest for new capital (ie standing orders for regular investors). It had - as you have guessed slipped down the priority list as we have been through a couple of large third party integrations (such as debit card payments and also a 3rd party servicer) and a few other major projects that we are working on. I note the desire for this feature and I will revert with an update as soon as I can.
Thanks
John
