Regarding Flexible I used the information from the FAQ Maybe octopusjoe can clarify which is up to date Ha, Id posted twice in different threads before that. Ive asked mods to merge The T&Cs also contradict themselves on transfers, first saying that the ISA can have new or transferred money in, and then saying no transfers The FAQ accessible from the Help on the new dashboard is missing all the questions bar one, so there isnt any reference to flexibility or no transfers

This link gives me 6 ISA related questions (bottom) octopuschoice.com/faqincluding the quoted answer above. Not that the FAQ could not be more comprehensive, but maybe they'll add soon.

Bizarrely doesnt work if you are logged in on new dashboard, just gives you the one. If I switch back then all 6 are there but no option to open ISA. T&Cs are legal so should take precedence over FAQ Apparently not octopusjoe

Not impressed by the comments above, but would like some isa money in Octopus if it's not too restrictive. Briefly found reference to the ISA on their website when I was logged in, but now can't find a trace of it!? Never did find it an easy site to navigate, but does octopusjoe or anyone know if you still have the option of interest being paid monthly into a nominated a/c with the IFISA?

Select the option to switch to the new dashboard and the ISA should be available to open on the side (not offered on old dashboard AFAICS)

Hi guys – glad to see you’ve already taken a look at our ISA! You should be receiving an email with a few details soon, including how to access it and set up an account.
On the flexible ISA point, I will confirm that the Octopus Choice ISA is not a flexible ISA. We are in the process of updating our T&Cs, so I am sorry for the confusion on this issue! It is in the ISA declaration before sign-up though.
We are also aware that from the logged-in dashboard the FAQ doesn’t appear in full. Rest assured we are working hard to update this.

As ilmoro said, you should have a banner at the top of your page offering you to switch to the new design. Once you've done this, you'll then be able to open an account from the toolbar on the left hand side. We will be sending out an email to our current investors giving a short walkthrough of this very soon – you just beat us to it!

That is disappointing and sadly means I won't be opening an IFISA with Octopus anytime soon, as the rate on offer doesn't cut the mustard for me to make it my main IFISA for the currrent financial year.
I would've chucked an old cash isa at it, if transfers had been allowed and it'd been flexible though.

Yeah, nothing from me either. Not that worried about the flexibility as its generally instant investment so dont need the ability to remove/add cash as loans end/launch but no transfers mean old cash stays where it is (ironically in OC in part on loqan from flexible cash ISA)

I would probably have opened one if it was flexible and accepted transfers. Until it does my money will stay elsewhere.
