Aha! I assumed it was tetrahydrocannabinol.

Aha! I assumed it was tetrahydrocannabinol. That would be an entirely different kind of 'pipeline'

23% filled overall (673k) in 2 weeks. 1st Aug doesn't look realistic.
Another 5 weeks maybe?

Wonder if this loan will finish today? It's c. 30% filled on another P2P platform (THC) with a release date of 1st August, so don't expect repayment anytime before then (assuming it fills in time)

The latest published progress report was April 16. Has there been any progress since then or does work await the refinance?

Rates now boosted to pay up to 10% on THC - just over 30% taken but as previously mentioned interest accrues from 1st August so would expect an influx then

There are two separate loan applications. They are both bridging loans. One is 6-8% and the other is 8-10% and a higher LTV, and is more filled. Do lenders get different interest rates for the same loan, and presumably the same risk? Interest is calculated from 1 August but presumably they can extend past that. I cannot find out without registering. (All this info and more is public domain - please do not identify the project here). I guess that 2 might fill before 1, which would be a curious situation. Could they take one without the other? Could be interesting, and there could be opportunities. THC must have confidence in the project, as do I.

Re blender 's question "Phase 1 is 6-8% and phase 2 is 8-10% and a higher LTV, and is more filled than phase 1. Do lenders get different interest rates for the same loan, and presumably the same risk? " Yes, THC's lenders get different rates for the same loan depending on the amount invested. e.g. In THC's Tier 2, Investment amounts between £1000 to £9900 get 8% and those investing 100K+ get 10% for the *same* loan and so same risk. ('Phase 1' and 'Phase 2' on ablrate offered as a combined security on THC in two "Tiers". Tier 1 with a lower interest rate rank ahead of investors in Tier 2.)

Thank you, Sapphire, I assume you mean £10k for the higher rate. Interesting but it seems that their IFISA is not self-select and you would not get the higher rate. They do have an extra 1% for newbies.

(Rates revised 18 Jul to *all* Tier 2 investors: £1,000 - £9,900 8.00%; £10,000 - £24,900 8.50%; £25,000 - £49,900 9.00%; £50,000 - £99,900 9.50%; £100,000+ 10.00%)

It's 2 August and the two tiers are about 35% filled overall on thc. Not enough for just one tier. How long will they run this paying interest? Perhaps when all our motor stocking loans are refinanced by 26 August, there will be lender cash for an imaginative proposal.
