The extended term for these loans expires in less than three weeks. The funds to refinance are being raised very visibly on THC and are a bit past 50% in two months. Some decision needs to be made and announced before the loans can be restored to trading, imo.

There is just a week to go before these extended loans mature and about £2.9m is to be repaid. The refinance on THC has stalled long ago at about 50% and interest is accruing there since the beginning of August. Perhaps the borrower will wish to extend the loan again, but where will the cash come from for the interest (£58k pm repayments on Ablrate) and what is the plan for refinance, on which any extension would be based?

On THC, currently only Tier 2 listed in the "Not Funded" category with 81% of the £1.3m (in this Tier) noted as raised.
Strangely Tier 1 is listed in the "Full Funded" category but then stated that only 30% of £1.6m has been raised (in this Tier)!

An update from THC, presumably, which I would not get. I rechecked the website, which displays the progress as public, and tier 2 is at 81% but larger tier 1 is at 30%. Overall they have 53% of the £2.932m to be raised. For some reason tier1 is placed within the 'fully funded' tab, where all the other loans are fully funded. 70% over both loans would be better. Can anyone with site access give the true picture - without breaking any conditions? Edit: Crossed with Sapphire - thanks. My understanding is that both loans are required to be filled. There is not a one to one relationship with the Ablrate loans (from an earlier post by Sapphire- thanks)

Any chance of an update on this ablrate? It doesn't look very likely that there will be a full repayment on time, but some sort of partial repayment might help your currently funding loans fill.

On 12 Sep, on THC Tier 2 was listed in the "Not Funded" category as 81% of the £1.3m being raised.
Strangely today this has now reduced to 80%!

Update on site.
Curious where the funds came from as we were all watching THC.

Wow! I will be hugely impressed and pleased if this happens. Having this large sum repaid on the platform will be very positive. Presumably another bridge outside of THC. (I hold next to nothing). Edit 23/9. Perhaps tier1 really is fully funded on The House Crowd. Tier 2 needs another £165k according to the listing, but I don't understand how the platform works. Let's hope this is the refinance and it all happens tomorrow. It would be a successful project.

ablrate - clearly things haven't gone to plan, I'm sure you've been in regular contact with the borrower, could we have an update please?
