Mod Hat On/
<snip> The situation might become clearer by flagging those that have been banned but I'm not sure this would result in an overall benefit for the forum - this is our official position at the moment - p2pindependentforum.com/post/262738/thread. If you look through that thread you will see quite divergent views about it, we are open to review, and your post has been reported so will be reviewed by the whole team, but I think in general itβs a stance that is unlikely to change at the moment. Will do. (Have briefly done so, but that and the 'sequel' (the "Consultation" thread) are quite some read and need proper consideration. I'll reply there, if anything worthwhile pops up. Thx.)

New charge on this at CH. Refinanced? My conclusion was "Refinancing" not "Refinanced".
The new charge at CH is a debenture and the property schedule thereof is blank. The LR alert stream for the leasehold title has a search recorded on 28th Nov "to protect a pending charge" by the same mainstream bank that registered the debenture at CH, which means the charge hasn't been actioned at LR as yet.
That a mainstream bank has approved the borrower is good news, and it is very likely that they will complete the refinance and record the charge in due course.

A charge against the property now filed at CH by the same mainstream bank as the debenture, dated early Feb.
It is therefore probable that this loan has now been refinanced and redeemed in full.
