Done - crossed the trades for the three of them - no charge I'm a little confused... I took a look at this (with the same thought), and the interest carry-over was mismatched so it appeared that I would have incurred a loss after the sell-then-buy cycle. What did I misunderstand? I don't know what you saw moogman , but I ended up with exactly same cash balance as I started. Accrued was £0.60 on the £266 trades (both ways).

A chunk of ACF cars @ 98%. Shame the person with a bid at 98% hasn't realised - anyone with a little free cash like to settle it for them? Done - crossed the trades for the three of them - no charge

...The GBBA and GEIA and now PSIA don't have any prioritised liquidity aims however if there are people trying to invest into those accounts it should let you out early very quickly in normal conditions... Would the loan parts held not also be offered to MLIA bidders too?

Ablrate, could the CSV file of transaction history as downloadable from the My Financial Account page be improved please? Particularly so that it includes the Loan ID, in it's own column, against each applicable transaction - i.e. for bids, investments, instant returns, interest, repayments... This would make the file much easier to deal with and analyse, in a spreadsheet for example. As it stands there's a number of hoops to jump through to simply use the data. It is one of the things we are working on now. Regards Ablrate Hi ablrate - are you still working on that small but important improvement?

I take it that this experienced property developer is not actually paying the full assessed value for the property, especially as it appears to be at the upper end of the comparatives found by the surveyor. If I was a bank manager I would insist on knowing the purchase price before lending. Why should we non-bank lenders expect any less, Collateral Rep ?

Hi Andy ablrateandyCould you expand on your interest logic here? I notice that the annual tax statement did not recognise the later funding tranches as having paid interest to acquire, so does that mean the whole outlay is capital and how would the different tranches fit together. Can you show that the net gain on a full redemption is recognised as interest? No more, no less?

This loan is showing as overdue, with no transaction for 29/04 although capital outstanding assumes it has been paid and next transaction says 29/05. Other loans have transaction dates of 29/04 & 30/04.

Perhaps it's not the immediate opportunity of the primary market, which is mitigated by INPL, but the consequent invigoration of the SM which requires the ready funds...

I think you need some more assumptions to answer the question. What will the level of bad debt be on each loan? If the maturity dates are not the same, what will the available reinvestment or sale rate be at the first maturity?

... in the possession of ... the lender! Yes - generally bad news when the Lender has to repossess the asset. Better if the Borrower keeps up the payments and retains the asset.
