I'm relatively new to this "game" too, and have also made MoneyThing one of my first platforms. I have to say, overall, it's probably my favourite technical solution, feeling very refined and not suffering from the foibles of some of the other platforms. If there was some way to instantly fund one's account that would be nice, but given that there is advance notification and investment limits for new loans, the minor delays of bank transfer funding is only a minor inconvenience.

Lots of unanswered questions in the valuation report. If PP is not granted we could be left with a turkey Yeah, I've just been reading that too, and it's not particularly encouraging. Definitely calls into question the LTV, which is already at the top end of what I'm comfortable with. I'm just amazed all those investors managed to read and digest the documentation in time to fill the whole loan within 8 minutes... On a serious note, if these loans are going to continue to be pounced upon, potentially driving people to feel the need to invest quickly, it would be nice if SS could make the documentation available in advance. Otherwise, there's the potential for a lot of goodwill to be lost as people invest in haste and repent at leisure. Either that or investment limits, a la MT.

Just updated my settings to get text notifications - signed in when the email arrived, but it was already fully funded...

We will always send an email to everyone before a loan goes live and what we will be doing from now on is attaching a one page overview of what the transaction is etc. This should be able to keep everyone up to date. That's good to know - I'm too new to have seen a loan go live yet

The bid limit is 1 bid per 24 hours, up to a max bid of £2000 Indeed. It wasn't the amount jonbvn invested that was preventing further investment, but rather the fact that lenders are restricted to a single bid of any amount.

It would be preferable if it could be integrated with the platform, perhaps giving an indication of what's in the pipeline, when they're expected to go live.
I've signed up to ABLrate but not yet deposited as there's nothing to invest in. I do keep checking back, but would prefer email notifications when loans go live (or preferably before they go live) so that I can fund my account. Is this possible too?
