I have been making withdrawals for some time now with Mintos, but today it is asking for proof of address
Has anyone else been asked for this? Is this a new regulation?

Queried and received the following:
You are right. At the moment no withdrawals can be made.
Once the administrator release the funds you will be able to withdraw your available funds.
You will need to have the AML checks done, without which you can not withdraw. The AML checks which we are doing now, will eventually be required by administrator.

Are there still notifications from the platform when there are repayments?

Yes, £35
Does processing mean that you can't make a withdrawal in advance for action on those Monday?

Just tried a withdrawal today, funds showing as available, but it was declined as "insufficient funds". Anyone else getting this problem?

So the website is still being updated? Various loans on the website are having their current status set to 'Loan Defaulted' with emails sent to those holding the loans.
Over the last couple of weeks a few loans (c. 6 ?) have had their status set to 'Loan Completed' and the redemption proceeds credited to lender accounts, with emails sent to those holding the loans.
Are routine updates still being made to loans periodically ? Probably not. But the website is being updated to reflect the current status of the loanbook as events occur and decisions are made.
But I believe your not able to withdraw, so still can't access the repayment.....

Not sure what the relevance of the £85,000 limit is as that only applies to cash deposits with eligible institutions and brokers don’t qualify. the limit for brokers was (and I think still is) £50,000 and it only applies in a limited number of circumstances. FSCS was increased to £85k for shares also

I know that the vast majority wouldn't borrow to invest
Also the vast majority of CFD traders do not make money
So I am expecting a lot of stick for even daring to suggest this!
Not sure if this strategy has a name or has been suggested before. But if you were to use a margin loan to purchase dividend stocks where the dividend would pay for the interest and then pocket any increase in share price or dividend over the interest rate.
IB, for example, offer 2% margin loan on GBP
Obviously the share price and dividend could go down. So possibly best to consider stocks that have stable growth and consistent dividend. Maybe an Investment Trust or dividend aristocrat

As I'm sure you well know, there is no publicly available 7% interest offer currently ongoing for a BoS current account and hasn't been for many years. So what are you referring to? Some employee/legacy perk or something? It was taken from my current bank statement. Cut and pasted. I must admit I was surprised but I have been getting a lot of interest over the last few months Please screenshot anonymously

This Bank of Scotland Current account... Good for <£4000 investor 7.18% AER well within £1000 tax allowance
Your Interest Rates Any balance up to £5000.00 will earn the interest rate in the table below subject to account conditions. No additional interest will be paid on any balance over £5000.00. Balances of AER% Gross p.a.% £5,000.00+ 0.00 0.00 £4,000.00+ 3.90 3.83 £1.00+ 7.18 6.95 To get interest paid each month, all you need to do is: • Stay in credit during the month. • Pay in at least £1,000.00, for example your salary, each month. • Have at least two different direct debits paid from your account during the calendar month. AER is the Annual Equivalent Rate and illustrates what the interest rate would be if interest was paid and compounded once each year. From 6th April 2016 your non ISA interest is paid gross, this means that we will not deduct tax automatically from your interest. Depending on your personal circumstances tax may be due on the interest and it is your responsibility to disclose and pay any tax due directly to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC). We will give you at least 14 days notice before we take any Overdraft fees or interest out of your account. Interest rates and fees are detailed as at the date of this statement.

Was there ever a reason given for withdrawing access to loans for UK investors? Brexit?
