I also see that updates to loans are now available by clicking on the loan, under the loan portfolio section. I don't know how long this has been available but is a very useful addition.

General P2x Discussion
Axia Funder

I was interested in the comments about the income/gains from Axia Funder being treated as capital gains. Does that mean that in the current year for example one could receive £6000 gains with no tax liability. If so that is one hell of a incentive (especially as a 40% marginal rate taxpayer).

FS said in a recent email it will be possible to transfer funds once available using their normal transfer procedure.
Nowhere have they given a clear and unambiguous address where transfer documentation should be sent by the receiving financial institution.

I thought the new maximum investor loan rate was 8.5%, but I see loans of up to 9% over the next week or two. Nothing under 8%.

PL is designed to prevent this. They told me ' you can't buy a loan you already own'. firedog & Ace are referring to the sale of a holding in a loan in a non-ISA account and the re-purchase of the same holding in an ISA account. In the case of PL, the accounts should be separate identities, so the 'you' buying isn't the same as the 'you' selling. Do Proplend really prevent me from selling a holding and re-purchasing in an ISA account? [This is hypothetical for me - I don't have a Proplend ISA account.] If you place a loan for sale from your classic account on the secondary market you will be unable to see it for sale, let alone buy it in your ISA account, or vice versa.

From 4thWay recently: 'While two losses totalling £300,000 are expected on older loans in 2023, these are the first and they have an unnoticeable impact on overall lending returns.' Overall returns maybe, but not on individual loan portfolios depending how much of you have invested in these two loans.

Pity they have a minimum transfer of £500, otherwise I would be transferring money from running down accounts.

My 30 day AA has transferred into my QAA. Another 60 days for 90 day AA to do the same.

I really can't understand why 4 investors get 75% of the proceeds. On whose authority is this.
(I have since learned that these 4 bought the rights to litigation from the administrators being in the best interests of investors.)

I assumed that the higher rates would be paid for the AA accounts notice period, otherwise what is the whole point of a notice account? They are still shown separately but all 3 AAs are marked 4%. They really don't care now.
