Added to 087 no problem, adding to 088 and still processing my investment.
Edit, 30 minutes later - took the Dude's advice - but still the same spinning wheel and processing investment.

Hello, newbie here. I have a 'next instalment' date of 18th showing but haven't received any interest today. Is it just me or does that button need pressing? Another newbie with the same loan, if I go to 'Details' and 'Repayments' i can see a box with repayment date/total/status, status for 18th/03 is a red dot and if I click on it shows 'Late payment'. It also show a repayment amount of more than I have invested ! In fact this is true of all the later blue dots as well, with the final payment 150x greater than my investment. looks like my best investment so far on this P2P lark . Edit: OK it was early and I was being stupid, a bit later and I am managing to put 2 and 2 together and not make 300 ................

A quick look at 'recent investments' and the few I can see are all well under the 7.5k limit, I like the system as it is.

Yes, ticking down. 255k just now available in 85, less than 300k in 4 loans. Would not be surprised to see higher figures tomorrow morning.

As said above, 57k available for investment over 11 existing loans now, tomorrow at 4pm a new 750k loan will be added, you can see these when you are registered. (loans tab and pending tab) You will need to transfer a deposit in before you can invest, MT have a way of fast tracking these transfers - not sure about Sunday evenings but mostly in credit in less than 2hrs after making a transfer. (click on the deposit tab to alert MT).

I would think that Tuesday won't be a problem, you can also drop SS an email saying the transfer is on it's way.

Can I fund my account using a debit card or can it only be by bank transfer.
SS are nice and allow you to invest and then bank transfer what you owe, you may get emails, 24 or 48 hrs grace ? If you fail to transfer the investment won't stand. (include your account number on the transfer)

Don't under any circumstances let him repay UNI "tuition fee" debts or other government student loans up front. That can be done as and when due. Other student "debts" are a different matter. This is a really good point. Tuition fees are interest-free...... no point in sending it before it has earned you some pennies Good advice from Grumps, Student loans (tuition & maintenance) in England attract something like 3%+rpi, approx 3.9% just now depending on income when starting to repay or something, here is the SLC page. The Martin Lewis web site is good on this, it's a complicated subject, early doors yet.
