Borrowing is up to £725k which does work out at 74.5% LTV but the loan is listed at £750k not £725k.

Reading the docs, is my math wrong:
£750k loan
£970k market value
LTV = 80.65% and not 75%
Figures based on page 4

My personal opinion is to avoid all and any ICO. Remember, these are startups. Putting $100 into 100 companies each may see you pick one Amazon but also 99 failures.Whitepapers are not worth the paper they are written on in 90% of the cases and the other 10% are valuable future businesses but picking them is a task in itself.
If you are looking for a return, go for Litecoin (possible use through Litepay), Ethereum (the current currency of ICOs other than Stellar) and of course the commodity Bitcoin.
I am no expert but I expect the bubble to be the ICOs not the technology or the three major currencies (maybe four including Ripple).

nesako I have been told that at some point this year these farms which are currently banned will go offline and be relocated. I have no idea where they are going but it will be a good month of downtime at least which will reduce supply. My bet would be India but this is just speculation.

I am far fatter and older than ribs, he is a model of human perfection compared to me. Just by having a username of "Ribs" indicates to me that he can see them in the mirror. I have not seen mine since 1992 when I accidentally joined a gym and lost 20kg. Never again. Keep up the good work ablrate, my only comment would be to allow me to add my "remaining" balance to a loan. I had £36.59 in my account unaccounted for. It took me 17 attempts to invest it in the secondary market: £36.50 - too high £36.00 - too low ......15 tries later: tadaaaa! £36.22 it was!

A company I know is opening a mining farm over here just across the border from Gibraltar in Spain. You/they buy the kit and they install and run the operaton.
A small investment but I want to look back and say I mined it through success or failure.

Tomorrow, I go shopping on the FTSE and S&P which are both crashing. FTSE looking to open near 7000/6900 and a good opp to see whats getting pasted.
Never fear the dip, always go shopping!

I am in the process of helping develop a new retail website for the choosing and buying of funds. Nothing too heavy like MS or HL just a simple method to get a person from A to B will little fuss and fanfare.
The site is almost glitch free so now I am looking for a few people to give it a once over and come back with anything glaring I have missed.
If anyone is interested, please PM me.
This is not a scam but this is the only financial related forum I participate in so feel free to check my previous posts etc.
Also Admin if this is not allowed I understand feel free to remove but I thought this would be the best place to put the request as it is not P2P related (although we will be adding this later on in the year.

Tie your shoelaces together so you don't lose one. In conjunction with a fitbit it will also increase your daily steps.

I know! I bought my first bitcoin amount last year for $50 which is now worth $500, just to see how it all worked. Never intended to invest or do anything with it.
There are stories of people around here (Gib/south of Spain) who have been in Bitcoin since it was $1 who have accumulated cash wealth (sold end of last year) and have retired at 22/24. Good on them, $500 worth back then would have been $7.5m at $15k per BTC.
I think my biggest regret was setting up mining on my pc back in 2015 and not turning it on!

Agree 100% with storing your coins offline. Most people I know use this: www.ledgerwallet.com/products/ledger-nano-sIt is not something I use however, I leave it to all the Hodlers. Many are tradng and switching to LTC before moving offline. Mike I don't really have enough invested to pay for a Ledger Nano. I did look at them but to be honest, a paper wallet is more than adequate for what I need. If I was like you big players and had a WHOLE Bitcoin, well that would be a different story!!
How strange that people talk about a whole Bitcoin now as if it is the holy grail! When it first started, the first Bitcon purchase was said to be 2 pizzas from Papa Johns for 10,000 bit coins! Bloody expensive pizza now at about $150m!!
