Should we start a thread of "remember the good times"? Can we have an all star reunion???
I used to like logging in to this forum, but not anymore.Too depressing.

so if option 1 does come off, does that mean £ for £ I put in, I am looking at a reduced capital being returned but they are suggesting that this has been offset by the interest I have already received, thus I am breaking more than even and should be getting around 3%? (I got confused with their example maths)
And does this also mean I need to wait 12 months to get that break even point (with this additional payment), or do I break even from whenever this gets settled?

I hope people coming up with their own option are still going to vote- it would be a bad result if the didn't vote was higher than those who voted

Couldn't see it in the FAQ / or a thread (but I am bad at searching)
If there happens to be a partial repayment on a loan (be it an interim payment, or worse if a loan doesn't pay back all of what is borrowed) -
does everyone get a share of the repayment amount based on the loan percentage that they have
and does having a loan listed for sale impact on the amount of your share of the repayment you get back? (ie do listed for sale loans get repaid last or are they considered equal to people who are holding their loans)?

I guess I really should know the answer to this, as I have invested money in it What is the goal for full repayment of this loan? Is it when the construction is all finished, or is it when all properties (10?) have been sold?

£21.9 million in interest paid to investors to date after administration error linked to the new website launch. Agree- is this the amount paying us all loans at 12℅ whoooooopsy April fools we made a mistake, or at the amount we got after the books were "corrected" surprise you have a negative balance?

I have less of a loan plan, more of a platform plan, which in all likelihood involves exiting within the next 6 months. well thats me out then.....

anyone had a sale gone wrong? I put a loan up for sale, it shows in my selling loanparts tab as 100% sold, but there it is still for sale on the SM (its PBL106 if anyone wants to buy it as £0.07!!!) and I can't cancel the sale as that is not available. It isn't in my sold loanparts tab either
Something has gone a bit weird with it (yes I have emailed them to ask whats going on)
edit - well that fixed it - all gone now!!! hahahaha

Are there any places where we can place bets on what time the first "where's my interest?" statement is made? Is there a poll???

Are you people allowed to identify bank names? ? At least a 9% interest rate might mean me as a little hitter will stay under the tax threshold for interest!!! I don't get how a 9% was going to be successful when there are still 12% loans - surely they should have timed it when there wasn't much available?

The question for me on this one is will it realistically have that loan term - because I doubt you will be able to sell this on the secondary market to get out when you need to. this is going to be a long term tie up if you invest

I'm wondering if it is too much to ask what the differential rate is - what rate we the punters are receiving vs the rate the client is getting?
