No you don't, the bonus is a one off payment at the end, not per month (assuming they receive enough to cover it of course... The payment is at the end, but it is 0.5% per month, right? so 18% per annum (12% + 0.5%x12). That's how I've understood it, but please let me know if that's definitely not the case and I'll triple check it to be sure. izigor I think you need to triple check. According to your logic the loans with a 2.5% bonus accrual will pay out at 42% per annum (12% + 2.5%x12)

Trying to do some DD on a loan to a company.
The proposed director/borrower is supporting their loan through a PG on their own property which is currently shown as mortgage free.
There is already a charge against the company registered at Companies House. The charge is supposedly listed in "Schedule 1" whereas said schedule does not show anything except [DETAILS OF REGISTERED PROPERTY].
How would you find out the details of what the registered charge really is?

I go by jonah's excellent graphs and it looks to me like the top of the green is at around the 3 million pound mark. Am I misinterpreting the graph? Unfortunately the graph is not as clear to read as it once was as we now have a larger IA amount. Jonah had previously decided to put IA as a negative value when IA was negligible compared to SBL. Not a criticism jonah , just as it seems to be. To get the current SM availability you need to add the IOA (Green) and IA (Orange) amounts together.

I'm surprised that the complaints process has been discovered/revealed!

i wonder how many of those "entrepreneurial businesses" do it with their customer's money? I know, great idea, don't know if it'll work, but it doesn't matter, it's only our customer's money we're risking! Does it really make any difference whether these entrepreneurs are doing it with customers' money or with venture capitalists' money? Either way, it isn't their money. But it is MY money.

It seems to me that a switched on purchaser could get the AST voided as it cannot be used if the property is "Being let for a very low rent / at no cost"

Hi all, the cash back is actually very straightforward. It is a one off payment of 1/12th of the annual interest. I.e. a 12% loan will get a one off 1% cash back and it will be paid with the normal interest run for those holding the loan parts at that time. Paul64 It might be clearer if you gave an example. The way I read what you mean, is that the cashback will be 0.083% of your holding in a 12% loan. This will be paid once at month end if you are holding the loan at that time. There will be no further cash back payments. In line with the other P2P providers you should advertise the cashback as a 0.083% cashback offer, instead of this smoking mirror approach. This will save the FCA from requiring you to change it later.Edit. I was clearly confused by absolutely everything when I made the original post!

Is there a point? Perhaps a diary blog may be more appropriate.

Apparently the update is coming but I haven't been given an ETA after a PM from Paul (purposely not tagged so he can get on with it).

It would be nice to see that Paul64 and Lendy actually gave a t*** about their existing customers with a timely update or at least an email apologising. Fat chance.

I'm more interested in Lendy's opinion on the election result, and also hearing about their sponsorship of Cowes week. Updates about my investments can wait.
