This story www.stokesentinel.co.uk/news/stoke-on-trent-news/ <part of link redacted> shows some of the building at the point of marketing for sale. It looks like they did a some shoddy work on the exterior (falling off after less than a year) and some work in the downstairs area but a lot of the rest looks largely untouched from its days as a club. Hard to see where they could accommodate those 269 lease holders.

Went with "no" as I am one of the many who did not receive any communication regarding the need for verification documents despite receiving the previous e-mailed updates and request to check account details were correct. Wouldn't have had a clue what was happening with regards to that if it weren't for the LAG facebook group.

I've had a quick look back but may well have missed it, did we ever get a value for the actual land purchase? I.e. was the whole of the loan actually used for the purpose cited? This appears to be a massive problem across many of the loans, money has been lent, drawn down and not used for the intended purpose with monitoring saying little about this at the time.

I drive past here on a regular basis, the initial work to the outside looked pretty good but was obviously not done to any standard whatsoever as the plywood they bunged up and painted is already rotting and falling off the building.

I have withdrawn fine with my wife's account but unable to withdraw with my account as it states: Unable during the AML checks? I have not really been on my account much is there something I may have missed as I have not been asked for any docs to my knowledge?? It would appear that potentially rather large numbers of people did not receive an e-mail informing them whether they were, or were not verified with the associated request for documents. Via the Facebook page I learned that everyone should have received a message either way by around the middle of the month with a recommendation to e-mail if you had not. Did so and was informed that I was not verified and to please send off documents. Were it not for the Facebook page I would also have no idea what was going on. It's particularly odd as I received the first email requesting that you check details were correct and appear to be receiving all of the update e-mails etc. If you don't know either way email support@lendy.co.uk with the header "KYC email not received"

Looks like this is a change after all... the new tranche has merged, but there's ANOTHER new tranche in the pipeline, for what I think is about the amount of the unfunded portion of the previous tranche. Presumably they think there are still enough people who are blindly investing into every new tranche as though it were a completely new loan to make this an effective strategy... (or at least more effective than leaving an unfunded portion at the head of a very slow moving queue) It is understandable that these are appearing on the secondary market but in all cases I think that they are being given an additional day remaining compared to the main loan to ensure that the new tranches appear at the top of the sales list. Pretty sneaky way of making sure they sell first...

Same here, no negative balance since yesterday and sold loan parts to cover so not just a 'waiting for reconciliation' issue.
