Right now in my loanbook (with only buy back loans) less then half of the loans are current. Is this normal/sustainable?
Status PCT % Current 44.94
01-15 17.99
16-30 22.41
31-60 14.66

No bank I know of charges taxes on the interest, that's something you have to do yourself by filling in a tax statement at the end of the fiscal year. No other P2P loan companies withholds anything and I dont think they are planning to either. Just seems like a very strange thing to do - it should be the investors responsibility.

Why do they ask for a tax certificate? Isn't that the responsibility of the investor? I mean no other P2P platform that I know off asks for it. Normally not a problem, but what is even a tax certificate? I never got such a document from my local tax authority.

HKD is pegged to USD and ofcourse the peg can be adjusted if ever there was a big issue, so I'd still like a reputable platform there. What about other countries in the region?

Are there any platforms open to international investors in Asia, for instance Singapore, Hong kong or elsewhere, that offer 10%+ net with a provision fund of some sort?
Would be great to find something like Mintos or Twino in other countries to diversify a bit, too much exposure to EUR/GBP.

It would be great to set a percentage of total funds per auto invest portfolio, instead of a fixed number. Right now, lets say I have a portfolio of 20K and I set one portfolio to 10K and the other to 10K. Once the funds are invested I will need to adjust the total amount to be able to set reinvestment distribution. But I don’t want to make the amount much higher, cause then all new loans will be bought by this portfolio until the amount is invested, so I will need to constantly log in and change the amounts.
Thoughts? Anyone else would think this would help?

Thanks again, if at all possible it would be great to get some conclusions from this data.

Ok yes two questions, what is EAD1, and two what is the tax rate you used to calculate after taxes?
And if you have some interpretation of these numbers/ratios that would be great too.

Yeah I noticed this, the question was to get an overview of all types of loans by originator ie purpose, average duration and average interest.. Just cause I wasnt sure all types of loans show up in primary/secondary markets becuase creamfinance is already one example of a type of loan that doesnt show up there.
