I may have missed a notification but is there a reason this is paused on the SM?

Maybe a solution would be to allow autolend to purchase £500 loans rather than £1000. This would allow twice as many lenders to obtain a slice and with the way autolend currently works, lenders wanting more would get extra £500 chunks until autolend is depleted. This may actually make the PLE more liquid also. Ping proplend for comment.

Another tip is to login a couple of minutes before the release. I have found on occasion that I have “appeared” to buy a loan only to find that the purchase failed because my login session had timed out with no message to inform me that it had. I now tend to logout with 5 minutes to go and then log back in.

Since this is a flexible ISA, is there a summary somewhere showing how much I have withdrawn this tax year and can deposit back before next April? I know I can wade through my transaction history and work it out, but most p2p platforms show this on a summary page. Go to your standard account & click on Transfer Funds to Your IFISA. In the pop up box you will see (Check IFISA allowance) Click on it & a pop up box will give you the figure. I think that's how it is done. Thanks, that seems to work.

Agreed. I understand that careful DD would probably result in some loans being refused, I was just surprised that 3 or 4 went at the same time. This is why I suspect they may involve the same borrower.

Wow!! A number of these (3 or 4 I think from memory) have just vanished from the list leaving only the big one. Not sure if the missing loans relate to a single borrower, but this is a shame given the sparse pickings on the PLE.

Has anyone managed to complete a transfer out? I started one off on 5th May, to Coventry Building Society, which has not yet completed. Yes, I have completed 4 partial transfers to other IFISA providers. They all completed within 2-3 weeks, though I may have chased some up. Delays sometimes occurred because the receiving company contacted the wrong address (Peterborough). Turnmill St is the correct address. Contact your receiving provider to find the status and make sure they are using the correct Relendex address. If that doesn't help, contact Relendex and see if they are aware of the transfer request. Final thought...make sure you have enough CASH on account to cover any partial transfer. If you are trying a FULL transfer and you still have active loans I am not sure how that would be handled.

I've done my checks, all apart from 3 loan matched up, with my records from 4th Feb 2018, look to be three jewellery loans that renewed after 4th Feb 2018, plus an additional deposit made 15th Feb 2018 for additional bid on renewal.
Not sure but these appear to match up
COLBB00733 - was COLBB00580 (Have renewal notice email date 9/2/2018) COLBB00739 - was COLPL00005 (Have a renewal notice email renewal date 16/2/2018, plus Part Funding email 16/2/2018 matching the deposit made on the 15th Feb 2018)
COLBB00747 - was COLPL00006 (Was due to renew 1/3/2018, had email giving the renewal date, may have renewed early)
No COLPL0000x Loans appear in the Appendix, but I didn't think the last Loan had been renewed, I suspect what been picked up was preparation for the renewal, not the actual current Loan, can't be certain.
Others that held COLPL00006 might be able to confirm.
Just £0.99 in cash, if I have renewals right then they have it all correct down to the individual loans in my case.
According to my records I can confirm that.... 733 was 580 (and 417 prior to that). 739 was PL05. 747 -I don't have a record of the change, but the data provided by BDO shows my investment in PL06 listed as 747 so I assume this was the renewal.

I have 2 discrepancies with one of my accounts.... - I am missing £540 in COLBB00589 (10.04ct Brilliant Cut Natural Diamond).
- The list shows I have £50 invested in COLBL00009 (F******** Hotel Ltd). This is odd since COLBL00009 was the Elms Hotel which seemed to repay in April 2017. Can anyone shed any light on this loan?
Bottom line is that I am £490 down on the total that I expect, but I really need to know what cash they are holding on account before I can say for certain that their numbers agree with those I expect.

Mine has turned up as well; the £ total ties up exactly with my records.
Sadly, the Collateral loan numbers don't tie up with the ones I have in a lot of cases, making loan for loan comparison tricky. BDO have named the borrowers but haven't included the Collateral Borrower ID making the comparison of my records with theirs dependent on just two factors: the Collateral loan number and the amount of the loan. Where the loan number is "wrong"....
BDO have specifically asked for feedback so accepting their product with ANY inconsistencies is probably unwise.
I think I'll have to do them a spreadsheet back....
Having completed the reconcilliation, there were 19 discrepencies (about 10%). I suspect that these reflect renewals of loans as if memory serves, Coll changed loan numbers every now and then.
My list also had a lot of different loan numbers to those in my latest spreadsheet, but fortunately I have a column which shows the list of previous loan numbers through their various renewals. This has resolved the discrepancies for me and the numbers in the list now match. If anyone needs to match up any loan numbers, post them here and I with see if I can match them for you.

Can't be certain about that, all '30' outliers have to be cleared first then the rest of us will see what BDO have re-constructed for us. If you remember back a long way we had a statement that gave us what they thought our balances were and this is where the '30' came from. Most of the issues (as far as I am aware) were where there was cash on the platform and/or loan parts up for sale/sold. FWIW I hold every transaction and every loan part held, I could have told BDO exactly what my accounts held 2 years ago. Duck Living in hope question here. Do you have a spreadsheet of all loans ever offered by Collateral. There is a list in the thread (Col property loan book.....). There is also a link to spreadsheets in the second update of the thread (Administration -State of play.....).

Looks like today's offering went to a select few investors. Neither of my accounts picked up anything with autoinvest. I thought there had been a move to spread smaller amounts across more investors? I am not impressed. CrowdProperty Representative
