My account showed all the capital and interest repaid to me, but now, of course, that has been reversed by repurchasing the lot. I wonder what would have happened if I'd withdrawn that few thousand in the intervening time? At least this one looks hopeful for full recovery - good, since it represents over 10% of my total MT holdings, as I was lulled into a false sense of security by recent glowing updates. I don't think Ed allows the withdrawal to go through in that case.

Morning geraldine1210, That's strange, we've only received a couple of withdrawal requests and both have been processed. Could you please email info@collateraluk.com details of the request and we'll look into it. Many thanks, Gordon A thousand apologies Wrong platform.

collateral can you confirm that you will consider a second higher bid limit on these types of loans? If it is £50 for the first three hours, maybe do a second three hours at 150/200.

Evening, Points taken on board, but to be honest a lot of our decision making is influenced by this board. Since we've started with property we've had feedback suggesting property isn't a preferred asset on Collateral, which is why we haven't put bid limits on any of our recent property loans. We do have a development loan for tomorrow and maybe a grouped asset loan, which we will add bid limits to both. Again your comments are taken on board and we will add bid limits to loans of this level in the future. Many thanks, Gordon Grouped asset, as in jewelery? :-)

Ed said that occasionally interest payments run a couple of days late due to unforseen circumstances. He said they have been happy to give that grace period. That seems reasonable. If the grace period is, for example, two days, I think any updates to us should happen after this period of tolerance.

MoneyThing can you tell us after the short tolerance period passed, why you did not provide us with an update when the first interest payment was missed? Morning. Happy to share this information and explain the course of events which prompted our action, however I will do this after this process is complete as a debrief. Regards, Ed. Thank you Ed. Are we to understand MoneyThing, that this debrief until after the administrators have completed their business?

MoneyThing could you please ensure late loan payments are noted under Support when they occur, these can be updated once received ie to avoid a loan's first update being that it has defaulted. I totally agree. It is wrong that we are contendedly sitting invested, thinking (actually not even thinking) about interest payments being paid on time, only to find out that the payments hadn't been paid for a month or two.
