This is what I was told. You apply as if you were going to invest in one of their isa fixed term deals but in the notes you say that you want to use the transfer for select invest deals not a fixed term one. The disadvantage - for me at least is that you cannot opt for monthly income in the isa, so I won’t be using until they offer that. Also it is not flexible and they charge to transfer back out. So all in all at the moment their isa is a bit of a bodge.

If you want to invest in isa self select you have to use this years allowance currently. Hopefully this will change when they get the separate wallets they are working on.

I have asked on several occasions if they will give more time between putting the loan up and putting it live. Never get a reply. 24 hours would be good and allow much more DD time.

Just had a look at my account and see I have also received the balance of my investments today. Also took about a year! Never thought I would see that money again.

Has anyone managed to login? I just keep going around in circles between the announcement of closure and the login page. I logged in about 20 minutes ago

Personaly I stick to select invest. The new loans are normally added on a Friday pm so you just need to check once a week and you would catch most of them. You can then opt for monthly income or payment at term. They do also send new loan emails out.

I too am very disappointed by the lack of information forthcoming from BDO , so today I have called them at Baker St and requested a date when the schedules for investors as mentioned in the December update will be circulated , I was informed this will be within march or shortly thereafter. Will be by email I wonder or will they waste money sending everything by post

Afternoon. This is a dormant company which has never traded (Money Thing Limited). Our regulated & trading entity is MoneyThing Capital Limited. Kind regards, Ed. Ok Ed thanks for clarifying.

Unfortunately Greg Carter resigned as chief executive in December. Not sure why.

AC's opportunity to clean out our accounts and blame it on the clone.
Part of an IT department's due diligence is to buy up all similar domain names and park them.
AC's incompetence shines through, with every error.
ALL similar domain names? Do you have any idea how many that would be? I'm very sorry for whatever experiences may have scarred you, but this is silly. UK companies can no longer own .eu domains anyway since we left the eu - unless they have a company in europe.

Also, you can open as many ISAs as you like whenever you like. You can also transfer as much old ISA cash into these new ISAs whenever you like. It's just that you can only put new cash into one of each ISA type per financial year. I think I am right in saying you can invest cash in all 3 types of isa in one year as long as the combined total does not exceed 20k

Still waiting after 6 weeks for pooled cash withdrawal to be sent to me - more worried that this is investor cash and should be kept segregated so should be available to return to investors - anyone had a repayment recently? Apparently have to wait 8 weeks before going to Financial Ombudsman - by that time our money may have disappeared! I have been waiting a similar amount of time
