You could have one of mine if you want. i may take you up on that offer, as yet no reply back from Kuflink.
Having looked back, at the previous interest statement I find I've been missing two loans interest off my statement.
Why is it every time I look closely at Kuflink something is wrong?
I should have read the top bit, "Top Ten Investments", I did get a reply back later in the day. I also got an email another couple of weeks delay for a loan.
I received a copy of the interest notification email, from Kuflink. So my thanks go to Kuflink support.

Logged on today Support tag / Loan Updates, there are a whole series of Loan updates.
Some funds recovered held in trust might be distributed one day. Some sight progress, some no update / progress.
I'm not expecting to see any funds from loans until well into the new year, Administrators Loan Update is the signing off to party over XMAS/New Year period.

Anybody else got a long memory? Remember back in 2019 when Andrew Bailey referred to Collateral as "a very unfortunate case" ? The clip seems to have found its way to Twitter / XAndrew Bailey's running of the Bank of England is another very unfortunate case.

My inbox is completely empty still. Last monthly interest statement received 1/11/2023 - all those extra interest notification, they hadn't put enough pennies in the meter to send me one. Maybe they will correct on Monday. Still nothing received so just sent email, as should be back in the office today.

Forgot to check yesterday for interest payment, other things going on, interest payment was there when I checked this morning and I've done my withdrawal request.
4 interest payments left then the 5th and final when the full capital is hopefully returned in Apr 2024, can't see any good reason for any admin costs, as I'm sure there is monthly additional interest being paid to MT.

My email to Kuflink Worth checking to see if you have been using email notifications to tell you when Loan have been repaid. I've always found my emails arriving many days after the event, quite often I've received email long after I've logged on and withdrawn funds from Loan part repayments. Just one of my annoyances with Kuflink, always just missing the bar that says quality.

ganymede - due on 9th which is Saturday so paid on next working day which is the same process for other payments which fall due on a weekend in the past. Unless I have misunderstood you, can you point to where you have got the once a month payment by MT to investors from? Only asking in that have not made a withdrawl request for a few months as total is under the £10 limit. The last one I made was paid to my bank account about a week after the request. Just making sure I have not missed anything as nothing on general updates. Cheers P The amount I have in this loan pays interest of around £40 each month, well over £10 minimum for a withdrawal.

Interest payment made on 11th. A little late this month reporting, only got around to making my monthly withdrawal last night.
Might have missed the once a month processing window, as this loan only I think is the only thing crediting accounts.

I note that this borrower also has a Kuflink loan on another project; also mismanaged and also extended multiple times. One of the updates (back in May) mentions that " Investors will see an uplift in their rates in due course", but there's no indication as to whether that ever happened or what the new rate was supposed to be for the borrower or lenders. The Loan Reterm Info tab is also blank. Another odd thing about these loans is that the initial tranche is multi tiered, but following tranches are not. Presumably, the tier 1 lenders still keep their stated LTV position, but there's nothing mentioned about this in later non-tiered loans. So, lenders in later tranches may not be aware that they're in a subordinated position (still stated as first charge in the Loan Info). It seems a bit of a dog's dinner to me. Or have I misunderstood? Gladly I'm not in "another project", probably sold it when it was approaching the end date and it was extended afterwards. Extensions are normal in property development loans, but 16 month extension is alarming, something must be going very wrong there. I would've kept my loan part for longer as the interest is still paid, but there's not much point keeping it at 6.7%. I'll put it on market place next week and if sold put this money in one of my savings accounts, slightly less interest but guaranteed return. It is comforting being in tier 1, but in the event of default I don't want to wait for years to receive crumbs (if any left after third parties take their cut), I'm on the wind down with KUF from next week anyway so may as well get rid of loans that show clear signs of failure. I'm in winding down mode so I just put the 2 Loans I have up for sale. Had hope to get out of Kuflink by end of this year, certainly don't want loans lasting until the end of next year. It's not worth listing other loans as remaining terms are short. It's was only possible sale 3 out of 31.
