I, for one find it impossible to place a value on anything on the second market.
If you are investing in a new project, no problem you get a online calculator and can work it out.
For some reason on the SM there no calculator to help you and your suppose to work out the inital value less cash pay out and you don't know the sliding rate of return.
Abundance needs to sort this out somehow and help to determine SM valuations.

What I think has happened is this allocation has been taking out if the GEIA and put into the MILA account by mistake because I got an allocation of this loan this morning in my MILA account.
When the interest accured was purged last night the Interest rate on the account when from 8% to 0%. Now AC must have corrected this back to 8% and made the error then.
I am all for forgiving errors but errors are not free. AC needs to reimburse the GEIA account with a share of the loan from the QAA or/and 30 days account.

Hello all,
I would like to ask a question about Abundance's investment strategy.
What I gather is that most investments are 20 years, for example. At the beginning the rate is low about 4% then works up to high rates of return.
My question is what happens if the investment is sold off before the 20 years ? Considering the rates are low at the beginning are investors compensated ?

I wonder what happen to loan 361 ? It just disappeared off the chart since yesterday. Perhaps it escaped. Who knows. What a mystery. I contacted AC and the reply I got was :- "Loan #361, is no longer going ahead and has been pulled from the system."

This will be my first Abundance investment. I've not had any interest last month so this 12% seem like a headline hook to me.
So It looks like I'll be getting 12% over 15 months. That works out at the same as 9% over one year.
Having said that I am not complaining, just living & learning.

Hi, I wonder if would be possible to have a "Interest To-date In Current Tax Year" on the top of the dashboard so I can keep an eye on my savings allowance ? Perhaps you already do this but my work around is to use the "Tax Statement" page to calculate the current for me, as you can put in any dates and it seems to pump out the current figure. Thanks for that, Its a good facility to use. I didn't even know it was there. I thought it was for year end.

Ha ! I am glad you are mentally prepared. I am looking for an average of £100 over the nine windmills and would be disappointed with less than £50.

And the - potentially imaginary - turbine loans continue to be blown to the right...If i recall that now makes the predicted date at least 2 weeks on from the original first advertised drawdown. I think you might be disappointed in your allocation. They are going to be popular.

I got zero of loan 368. Why put it in the pipeline at all if your not going to get anything ?! Well I did get my fill at 10.58 pm yesterday and also got some more on the SM this morning. Am new here so don't know all the correct procedures yet but it seem someone in admin didn't push the button. I also have an interest in loan #370 so hopefully someone will push the button this time. Thus far its acting the same as #368 so fingers crossed, incidently #369 is the same.
