who is this company employee creditor kier*n Oc*nner who is owed £6 million? and what would former pa*l col*s be owed money for.? Kieran O'Connor was appointed Lendy's Chief Financial Officer in July 2018 (see here). Whether he jumped or was pushed, he was replaced in December 2018 with Paul Thompson who formed part of the newly appointed board, disbanded three months later (see here).

I have got a bit lost now in all of this and I know model 1 lenders are classed as creditors but who are the rest of of the creditors and what for and what amounts are they talking. why isn't LB sorting out creditors instead of everything coming out of lenders miserly returns. p2p secured lending yea really. Just to give you an idea Rocky1: HMRC Utility Companies 3rd party suppliers: Caterers Insurance companies Building maintenance companies Cleaners IT/telephony providers etc Graphics designers Marketing companies Printing companies Basically any company that sent an invoice prior to Lendy's administration for services rendered that didn't receive payment. They all end up in the queue, along with M1 investors. A full list of creditors and amounts claimed can be found here (Joint Administrators' Proposals, 15 July 2019, pages 25-28)

Does anyone know why there is no interest or bonus paid on this capital repayment on 163 ? Because this loan has been non-performing since 13th Sept 2017 and therefore no interest has been paid since then. However interest and bonus interest is still accruing and showing as such on the IA tab.

Is there anyone else who has not yet received the interest for DFL005 as promised? I've had it for 006 so something was working.
PS hello from long time lurker As expected, I received 16 days interest for DFL005 for last month before the loan went IA. If you didn't get yours, suggest you contact Lendy Support. Good luck!

As soon as someone receives a copy of the contract, can they let us know if there was a commitment to further funding ? And if it's the case, the nature of the commitment. As long as we do not have the contract in hand, all talk is speculation. Agreed. This would identify if Lendy have exceeded its power of agency. Equally important of course, does anybody know if our contract with Lendy states, implies, infers or can somehow be legally construed that by investing in any single tranche of a DFL that we are legally committed to funding future tranches? BTW where can I view my contract with Lendy? On every loan page, under the "Particulars" tab

Mine appears as an entry - Interest Adjustment - on 01/12/2017. This is the date when the rate was increased from 10% to 12%.
The email announcing the correction received 26th this month stated "...The payments will show on your account with a historical date to prevent issues with our new interest tools."

Seems that a resolution to this long-standing issue is imminent. This taken from my support ticket response received today.

Am I missing something? Shouldn't we have had fortnightly B.S today? No one has mentioned this yet, have I made a mistake?

June's interest was paid on 2nd July due to the 1st July being a Sunday. So effectively July has become a 30 day month, not 31 which explains why you are being paid less interest. Also different loans are paying different interest rates which wasn't the case in the old days when they were all 12%. Logically that would then mean that June's interest payment would have been for 31 days whereas it was actually for 30 days as expected. I think this is just another display issue whereby the figures shown on the website are based on the date interest was paid, rather than the date the interest was paid up to. I expect July's interest payment to be for 31 days.

From today's newsletter:
The loan is currently -406 days old. I was wondering does "full accrued interest" mean interest from day 0 to day -180 or from day 0 to repayment day?
Normal interest continues to accrue for the life of the loan, however bonus interest stops accruing after day -180

I noticed the amount of interest I was paid was wrong last month and asked Lendy what had happened. It took 2 weeks to get an answer. They now say that any loans where the rate has changed during the loan (dual-rate) have been paying out short, with what Lendy calls a "Technical Display Issue". Lendy say they currently have no fix for this and have now stopped answering my emails, hence my message here, after 3 weeks of no fix and still paid short. I have asked them to sort it before the next end of month. E.G. DFL020 which paid out short (to me) last month. Has anyone else heard of this? Regarding DFL020, I submitted a support ticket in mid-March. The issue was that despite a rate change from 10 to 12% announced Dec 17, enhanced interest had not been paid and the rate was still showing in My Loans as 10%. A month later and no response, I chased up the ticket and was eventually treated to a response acknowledging the issue and crediting the missing interest. The display problem however remained but I was informed that senior members of their technical team were on the case and a fix was forthcoming. However to date, the display error is still evident.

Has anybody noticed that on the accrued interest tab on "My Loans" for this particular loan that no interest is due since the partial capital repayment was made on the 20th March? Surely this is an error since the interest from the 21st March to date is still owing which should be paid at the end of the month? See my post a few days ago p2pindependentforum.com/post/256179/threadAlso PBL057 has the same error.
