Although the asset type is the same, UB's loan flow is significantly bigger than CL's and they have insitutional/business borrowers as well. Hence my wish for increased loan flow along with some degree of automation. Unless I'm misjudging this - How many loans are coming through currently each requiring funds transfer, login to bid? How much can you expect to invest each time?
I agree. I don't think auto-lending can be effective in current scenario.
UB seem to manage it. Same loan types.

Been watching this thread for a while and I'd quite like to get on-board with CL but it does look like a lot of faff and manual effort for very little gain at the moment. I'm really hoping they can increase the flow of loans, offer some sort of automated lending and some attractive incentives for new lenders. An ISA account would be the icing on the cake.

More amateurism from CP.

Multiple screen errors for me but it seems to have worked in my favour as I was able to get manual investment in both loans whereas normally I can't get anything. However these pledges are not reflected in my account page which is all over the place and I hope they'll be sorting out soon. CP are beginning to look more and more amateurish as time goes on, I really hope they are managing the loans better than they are managing their retail site.

Sad times when a couple of watches should cause such a stir.

Thanks to the advice here regarding withdrawing ISA funds I have somewhat reluctantly now withdrawn a significant chunk of cash from my UB account. Clearly my massive cash balance was having little effect on allocation so let's see if a merely huge cash balance still achieves similar levels. UBs claimed efforts at attracting new business appear to be bearing little fruit thus far.

Ahh, good point. Does that include previous years' deposits? Thanks. Yes. You can withdraw any amount, but it has to go back in the same account it came from by the end of the tax year it was withdrawn in to retain its Isa status. . Ahh, I think I misunderstood the rules then. Many thanks guys, appreciated. I do hope UB manage to pick up a bit on lending levels, but not much sign of it happening thus far.

Cash on my ISA account now about 40% and steadily rising. Cash in smaller non-ISA account c12%. Leaving cash in Isa in the hope of business picking up as I can't be bothered with the faff of transferring in and out. Flexible ISA so you can always withdraw and then redeposit if you need to. Ahh, good point. Does that include previous years' deposits? Thanks.

SHEFFIELD 5th May All of standard allocation gone in first minute, I guess i am just not as well practiced at the scroll and tickbox as others. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I'm happy to be unpopular. Shrink the page to 30% so there is no scrolling and copy the amount you want to invest so you can paste it. All possible within 10 seconds. 1 keystroke and 5 clicks I think.
Thanks for the tips, but still can't get any manual investment despite being poised and ready to go. Last 5 attempts got £0, only autoinvest crumbs.

I'm not a previous uo investor, but registered and hence received details of this. I was concerned/put off by the fact that uo are half owned by the developer, so all a bit cozy. Any opinions on that either way?

£25 auto for me - thought platform min was £50? That's less than 1% back over to kuflink to get some allocation Same here. CP is becoming a PITA.

And hence will still have it's place as part of a diversified and balanced overall investment strategy, etc etc..

Not a chance. This bunch have already shown themselves to be incompetent at best, at worst choose your own description, you'll probably be right. A leopard doesn't change its spots.
