Mine didn't renew either but I assumed I'd just missed this one, so maybe not.

Am I investing in property? I've obviously misunderstood what P2P lending means.

Maybe deleting the old Collateral mandate before creating the new one might avoid the extra security checks. Can't speak for other banks but won't with First Direct. Deleted old one and set up new payment for a whole ten pounds last night but got something like 'unable to send today, would you like it to go tomorrow' which from past experience and discussions with them I've had means it looks like a suspicious payment so we'll delay it while the fraud team have a look but they've gone home for the night so they'll look at it tomorrow.

There is also the end-of-month interest payment cycle to come within the next few days, which often results in freeing up the SM. Bit pedantic I know, but it's actually a week away.

MT looking a bit like Ly's monstrous offspring at the mo. How will we afford the new loan if no-one's buying, cool 50k on Col's monster loan too Simple you get the funds from somewhere else in my case a harsh cutting down on Lendy loans. Swapping Lendy loans for those at MT. No trouble in selling my Lendy loans apart from DFL012 even that had all gone early this morning after put the loans on the SM after midnight. Does mean excluding myself from taking part in Lendy's pipeline offerings for sometime. You poor thing, all those opportunities you'll miss.

Afternoon, If any investors have any discrepancies with their account could you email info@collateraluk.com as we don't know who you are from your username. Many thanks, Gordon Eminently sensible and common sense. If there's something wrong with your food, let the waiter and/or owner know immediately. Easy Peasy (Not saying you're a waiter Gordon!) Collateral were clearly aware of a problem and attempting to fix it as my account totals were changing as I was posting and by also posting on here I have alerted others to the possibility of their loan part purchases disappearing and account totals changing without their knowledge.

Collateral (COL) in Liquidation
Auto sales?

According to my confirmation emails I bought 31x£5 BB00483 loan parts but my transaction history is showing a single £25 purchase. There is also some wonky arithmetic following those where an unrelated purchase of £265 only cost £165. Looks like someone is tinkering again. Collateral Rep what's going on? edit: Transaction arithmetic now corrected itself edit: spoke too soon - account balance now wrong

Has eveyone who bought some of the BB00483 £5 parts still got them? Although I have investment confirmation emails they are not showing in my account and my balance looks too big - need to check properly.

And again here on 483 and 319. I can understand listing in smaller amounts so it doesn't look as though there is a lot available, but these amounts make it somewhat tedious to buy. Just out of interest, I opened multiple tabs on the same £5 and got them all to the confirm popup and hit them as simultaneously as I could, and all went through.

Also, why did not those looking to buy just get precisely the amount they want from the SM? Because they would need cash on the platform, whereas if they prefund they have 48hrs to sell parts or send the cash ... some potential for marginal gain D'oh forgotton that

Having spent many years working on large Life and Pensions systems where every transaction was timestamped, nothing was deleted and corrections were applied as a reversal and then correct values applied, I'm surprised there isn't a requirement to maintain a similar audit trail here, or is there...?
Edit: should have ready the OP better, I see that's what you're asking for!

No, can't log in (even after allowing cookies ) Have you asked for a password, its not the same as the main site login, separate system. If you havent raised a support ticket before ie emailed support then you will need to register I assume. I went straight in via Paul's link, no login requested (by system) and I've never raised a support ticket. Is there a link to this on the main site?

I think my colour issues are a bit different.
On entry to, for example, Loans Screen, visited links showing as black text, user name and 'logout' on buttons as white and balance as orangy. A refresh corrects visited links but user name/balance and logout go pink. Very difficult to read on blue.
Also, why is the text so BIG?

I'm very, very impressed you managed to pick up 72-plus loan parts! Over 120 it would appear in 25 mins. It's becoming an expensive addiction.
